Curious on tracking...

Talk about anything that has to do with the amusement park industry here.

Guys-

I would like to track the rides that my son and I ride, not for credits or that stuff, but just to track them.

Does anyone know of a good resource on the web that is free for this sort of thing?

I know the ACE club has something like this, but don't you have to pay?

Just more interested in tracking it online and whatnot.

Thanks

Coasterbuzz lets you keep your coaster track record for free. You just have to sign up.
I finally retired the Sarah Palin signature because she is now 100% irrelevant.

Actually, he can just sign up and use the coaster track record feature. He doesn't have to use the forums on Coasterbuzz.

Honestly your best bet is use MS word or even notepad and just make a track record. Never used an apple, but I'm assuming it has similar applications, if that's the case. Word is the only thing I've ever used for my track record and it's served me well. Most online sites tend to miss certain obscure or traveling credits, and you never have to worry about a website crash wiping out your track record, which once it gets to a certain point, it'd be really hard to recreate.

I use a mac. I have Word, Powerpoint, and Excel on it since they offer it. Also, i use the iWork suite which is cheaper than Microsoft Office is..

Thanks guys. I appreciate it as always. I'll definitely check those sites out, and also look at making my own if I have to.

I went with Coastercounter.com, since Coasterbuzz made yous earch and add the rides per item, instead of showing you all the rides in a park in one fell swoop.

It also looks like you publish it / print off the roster.

Thanks guys!

Candy: What you lookin' at?
Otis B. Driftwood: I'm lookin' at you, mama.
Candy: Yeah, you see something you like?
Otis B. Driftwood: Maybe. I set my standards pretty low, so I'm never disappointed.

Of course if you are worried about hard drive or server crashes, you could do it the old fashioned way and write it down. :D
