Thanks for the reminder on glasses guys. I don't wear them but someone that is going with us does, so she'll buy the nerdly straps :)

Also I would not wear a white shirt because it appears that you are going to be going right in the middle of the muffle head and mayfly season. So if you ride any coaster after dark you are going to be coming back covered in bugs. If you ride Millennium Force, Dragster, or Maverick the bugs will splat on everything including your shirt. It's disgusting but worth it I guess if you have never been there.

Also in regards to all the Arrow bashing, if you ride in the front of the car your knees will be fine and the lap bar wont be digging into your legs. I am 6'6" and can ride any of the Arrows with no problem and about a foot of knee room.

BTW If Skyscraper is running next year make sure you check it out. It's only $10 and is easily one of the best rides in the park. And I am not just saying that because I worked on it. The first time I rode one was when I was 10 and I have loved it ever since. It's hard to top flying around 175ft in the air only being held in by a few straps. It has never gotten boring even after 200 rides or so.

Cool. Thanks TP! I wonder if that's covered by the VIP cost?

Since you worked there, does the VIP tour do anything more then front of the line access to all rides for 8 hours?

I beleive that the VIP tour does cover the Challene Park attractions. Once we had a group of people from Norway come do Ripcord and Skyscraper. They loved skyscraper so much they kept riding for an hour straight. We didn't care because we had nothing else better to do and they had a blast. They were impressed by my driving skills and we all took a group photo...fun people.

Over my two seasons there were lots of celebrities for the VIP tours riding the rides. Miley Cyrus, (don't remember name) but the bell hop from "The suite life of zach and cody", Hugh Jackman (spelling?), one of the jonas brothers, Lebron James, Drew Carry, some chick from GLEE ect...basically they are dressed as normal as possible and escorted with security and others (like personal body guards). They try to clear the midways as much as possible and then they tell us "DO NOT treat differently, treat them like a normal guest"....in other words "if you F this up your gone" since they are with some pretty high up people. Cool to say I strapped in celebrities but otherwise I didn't care as much as others on my crew.

Anyway off topic...

But the VIP pretty much covers anything you can think of, I'm not sure about parasaling, but mostly everything under the CP name is included. Is it worth the $$$? To be honest it depends on your tastes and wants. For the cost of everyone doing the tour you could have just gone an extra 2 (or more) days and had a longer and possibly more enjoyable experience.
