^Figures, with the Wingrider we are the most expensive even though is $65 really that costly for a season pass??

If you buy your season pass from SFStL, or any other SF park, you have to go to the other park first, and than you can use it anywhere else!
^"Besides are people really that cheap.." Yes, people have been doing this for years with SFStL, and SFKK.
What people see is almost -$80 for a 4 pack. I thought about the idea too before. It's going to cost you more money though to travel all the way there, but the idea is that you might save $80, but than it feels like a free hotel stay compared to SFGAm's prices.

That really only paid off during the few seasons that the parking passes were good at all parks. Now if you buy your pass at another park, you'll get raped in the rear with parking fees.
$65 for a season pass with parking included? Wow, I remember buying my season passes for $70 not including parking over 10 years ago! Obviously that was without the water park also.
SFStL parking is not valid at SFGAm or any other Six Flags park. I used to do that every year until they changed the parking policy last year. Then I simply stopped getting Season Passes.
I made a bunch of calls from the parking lot at SFStL last year to SFGAm and some higher offices, you can not get a SFGAm parking pass on a SFStL pass either. The best they could do is at SFGAm they would charge you the difference between a SFStL pass and a SFGAm pass and print you a new pass, then $70 more to add parking, saving you a total of $0.00 (assuming you go to SFStL for stuff other than simply getting season passes)

Remember, you have to buy 4. If you buy 1 or 2, you don't get the free parking.

If you have already bought a 4 pack of 2012 season passes as the park, or will be doing so shortly, you best check your receipt!
First, some background information on just how misinformed SFGAm employees are.
Example 1: I called up guest services to ask them a question about 2012 parking passes. I wanted to know that, if I bought a 4 pack of 2012 season passes at the park, got the one free 2012 parking pass to go w/ that, and then paid for one additional 2012 parking pass, if my group traveled in 2 separate cars the day of purchase, could we get both parking fees that we paid upon entering the parking lot reimbursed.
The answer? "A 2012 parking pass isn't valid the rest of the 2011 season."
Survey says...?
It clearly states the OPPOSITE is true on SF's website. As this person had nothing but misinformation, it was time to move on.
Well, what to do now? I'll email (and not call) GR instead! Hopefully I'll get someone who knows more.
This time, I got someone who was more informed and knowledgeable about the situation. This person stated that they WOULD reimburse the parking fee, but ONLY for one car. They would ONLY reimburse the $20 parking free for the 2012 parking pass that was paid for. They would not reimburse the $20 parking fee for the person who was using the free 2012 parking pass (the one given after buying a 4 pack of season passes). To me, this doesn't seem logical or accurate (I mean - if you bought the 4 pack online w/ 1 free parking pass, wouldn't you be able to park for free that day? So why not the same if you buy the season passes at the park?). Either way, I was going w/ this being true, so our group of 4 decided to drive in one car to the park.
When paying for parking at the parking booth, I tell them we need a receipt to show we paid the daily parking fee so that we can get reimbursed when that when we get our season pass+parking pass processed. The parking toll both attendant said, completely unsolicited, "We are not reimbursing parking fees yet."
That's not what the email told me! I almost started to say that, but then I changed my mind and just chalked it up to being another clueless employee. Instead, we just drove to our parking spot.
Upon getting to one of the ticket purchase windows at the front of the park, I tell them that we need to buy a 4 pack of 2012 passes, get one free parking pass w/ that, and pay for one parking pass. I also explain that we need to get our parking fee that we just paid to enter the parking lot reimbursed.
"We don't do that." the ticket agent says.
Really? I tell him that's not what I was told, so he directs us to guest relations.
Sooo, we get to GR, explain what needs to be done. No problem, the guy says. He says we can buy our stuff and then we'll get the money back for parking for the day. Perfect! Finally, everything's all set....
Except, when I watch him ring up the price on the 4 pack of season passes, it's COMPLETELY WRONG - w/, of course, it being HIGHER than it should have been. He can't figure out what's wrong, and nor can one or 2 other people. Eventually, someone figures out that the button on his machine, the "4 pack season passes" button that he has to hit 4 times to put in our season pass order is mis-priced! Everytime he hits the button, a season pass is ringing up for more than $64.99. The total ends up being somewhere between $15 and $20 more than it should have been. So, what do they decide to do? They have to reprogram the button. Why can't he or someone else manually enter in an overirde in order to put in the correct $64.99 price? God only knows.
So, after 20 or so mins, after he helps other customers, he check to see if the button has been reprogrammed to bring up the RIGHT price for a 4 pack of season passes, and thankfully it has...except, nope, the first 3 passes are charged correctly, 4th season pass is still ringing up higher than it should be! (by $2 or $3). As he didn't want to keep us anymore, he gave us 2 free drink coupons for the overcharge and trouble (which didn't make up for it in my book).
What does this mean? This means that, depending on how their computer system in the park works, either everyone who has bought a 4 pack of SP at GR OR perhaps anywhere in the park over the last few days HAS BEEN OVERCHARGED! No one else caught this error until I did, and god only knows how many people, prior to me noticing their computer being incorrectly programmed, had overpaid for their 4 pack.
This is completely unacceptable and reminds me why (after a decade or so of having a SF season pass every year) I decided to NOT get a 2011 season pass. Now if only I could figure out why I got one for 2012.
Overcharging for season passes and people constantly telling me information that was 100% wrong. Boy, today and the last few days have definitely been Six Flags days...ore maybe more like a six
Boy, reminds me of 2008 at fright fest trying to get the season pass with a paid parking pass after I bought the parking for the day some dumbass dressed in a pirate suit at the pass processing center couldn't deduct the $15 off the parking pass price, employees there seemed to be dumb founded when they do things all they know is charge, collect, and give change. When it comes to other things like 20%, refunds, or taking some money off the price some workers don't know what to do.
I have a question for everyone. When I get my 2012 pass, can I use it once this year, and than revert back to the 2011 pass? The reason I ask is because if I choose to go SFOT next year before SFGAm opens, that would count as visiting SFGAm first. However, I rather use my 2011 pass the rest of this year because don't they charge the 2nd time you either lose it, or it needs reprinted? So, I rather just use the 2011 pass just in case something happens to the 2012 pass this year. One time I almost lost in line for Superman. It came out my pocket, and I almost didn't notice I lost it, and another time the numbers were very faded on it, and I was worried it wouldn't scan, so I asked for a reprinting.
Basically, if my 2011 pass gets lost this year, or it needs reprinted, I haven't used my "freebie" to get it replaced if it needs it. It's not like I'm going to purposely lose it. So, after I use the 2012 pass, would the 2011 one get deactivated?

Once you process your season pass, that's it. It works like any other season pass. If you aren't renewing your 2011 pass then both passes will work at the same time. It comes in handy at SFGAm and other SF parks during fright fest when there is no reentry after 6 or 8, you can leave the park and just use your other season pass to get back in.

I have a question...can you buy the 4-pack at Jewel? And if so, how will you get the free parking pass? Or do you gotta wait until you go to the park next time? What if I decide to go to the park until next year?
Pretty sure you have to purchase them either online or at the park, and you must process all 4 passes by Oct 31 in order to get the free parking pass according to the website.

I'm taking this deal. This year some of my buddies decided we were going to have a trip to SFGAm and i was the only one with a season pass. Well we had such a blast the first time that we went 5 OTHER TIMES. It was stupid of me not to just tell them to get a season pass. So this will work perfectly for us and many families too.
