Agreed, the 4D concept is amazing and the problems with X seem to have been ironed out with the new more-sturdy and aerodymaic trains. Although it would very expensive to clone a ride like X2 because the ride is massive (track + trains + station) and needs a lot of attention maintenance wise because of all the moving parts on the train.
My favorite type of coaster are the new Intamin pre-fabricated wooden coasters like El Toro and Balder, though if maintained well you can't beat the old school wooden coaster. Beast at night in front row is the pinnacle roller coaster experience.
First, it would be a Vekoma boomerang inverted - Deja Vu or Invertigo. Than, it would be LIM coaster. If I was forced to choose a company for LIM, it would be Premier - Mr. Freeze, Backlot Stunt Coaster, Joker's Jinx.Than, it would be B&M Inverted. My favorite wooden coasters are PTC.
I think Vekoma isn't that great of a company, but there are some rides that I feel that are enjoyable. However, the ones I don't like are the sitdown (like Ninja at SFOG), and the SLC, but they have a Flying coaster, the Junior sitdown that's at Islands of Adventure that I like, all the boomerangs, and the Suspended Kids coaster at a place like Kings Island.

1. Wooden coasters by GCI, followed by every other manufacturer 2. B&M Hypers, (Goliath, Bull, Nitro, etc) 3. B&M Inverts (I'm including Flyers in this too) 4. Launched coasters (Intamin or Premier)
