Wow it has been a really long time since I wrote a trip report. Well anyway I went to the Wilderness Resort in the Wisconsin Dells and had a great time. I have been to the Wilderness before 2 times.

Well we arrived at our cabin at like 7:00 pm Jan 1st. I think the cabin was like 218 or something, those things are huge they have like enough room for 3 families which is the amount of families we had in are group. Anyway I grabbed something to eat then went to the New Wild West Water Park located in the Wild West section of the Resort. I went on all the slides the 6 different body slides they were all really cool. In this section they also have a raft ride and a tube ride. The raft ride had along wait it was like 10 mins they don’t have very good capacity. But it was still fun it reminded me of Dark Voyage at Noah's Ark. They also had a huge and really fun interactive water playhouse thing with this huge bucket that spills a lot of water on you. Also new to the resort there is a pretty weak wave pool called The Surge but it was still cool. Then we went into the indoor/outdoor hot tub where there were a lot of drunken people it was funny lol. The hot tub smelled really weird and made my swimsuit smell really funky. After like 20 min of that I went back on the slides.

Then I ran back to the cabin cause it was like 0 degrees out and I was wet lol. At the cabin we watched Ghostbusters and then we played Cranium I love that game. Then I went to sleep like at 2.

I woke up then I ate some breakfast then went to the lobby to get some wristbands for everyone and pack everything in the car. Then later like at 11:00am we went to the Wildwest Water Park again while everyone was swimming I went to go take pics of the resort http://groups.msn.com/kylecoasterworld/ ... lbumlist=2 . Then I went and had more fun. We later went over to the New Frontier part of the resort. I noticed they had added to new body slides. Let me tell you now these were the BEST body slides ever you go so fast. I did everything in there then went back to The Wild West section. Then at like 4:00pm we left the resort.

All in all this was a short but fun :D visit to the Wisconsin Dells.

Where is the Wild West Waterpark located? I haven't been there since they were building the new outdoor water park by the one arcade and the Timberland Playhouse in the summer of 2002. I love that place it has to have the biggest water park in a hotel in the world now, that place was huge before but now its even bigger.

We went back in Dec. and I never get tired of it at all. And whats really nice is its for hotel guests only. And dark voyage is all hell when you start facing backwards no matter what your gunna cum in on those last to turns so high up I thought I was gunna die. Was there a guy working it who kept on splashing you?

Actully I think the biggest resort/waterpark goes to Kalihri. That might just be marketing but thats what they say I think. Correct me if Iam wrong.

The Kalahari Resort is great. Alot of good slides and they even have a master blaster (watercoaster). And just to clerify the Wilderness was the biggest indoor waterpark. however after The Kalahari expanded their indoor waterpark they are now the biggest
