You guys are pathetic. No offense, but Scream! is never coming to GrAm. Even though its a flop it keeps the coaster count up. I'm 75% sure it will never happen. That 15% is because the GrAm filed for a 150 ft coaster. Hmmm.

Al Weber might not be as obsessed with # of rides like Mark was. And with Mr. Six Dance Coaster in 2011, they don't have to worry.

No, I like some of the information on these forums. There are times I want to shoot myself because of some of the stuff a certain member can say at times but I'm staying. As long as everyone else doesn't hate me. Well that wouldn't bother me anyways actually. Plus, as long as you have the signature, I can call you pathetic. Your the biggest hypocrite in the world.

onyx - I'm thinking he's going to want to compete heavily with Cedar Fair. Thats just what I think though. GAdv and SFMM are the biggest competition to the flagships CP and KD.

You called the entire forum pathetic. I don't think you should be a member if you think everyone here is pathetic. Go ahead and call me pathetic, I could really care less, but don't call members on here that have not affected you in the slightest pathetic. Your pathetic.

Magic Mountain is not directly competing with CP. Only with the enthusiasts. To normal people, Magic Mountain is not as good as CP, because CP offers an okay balance with thrill, and children rides. Magic Mountain is 95% thrill.

It was directed to the people talking about Scream coming to Great America. I'm pretty sure thats not the whole forum bud. It was quite obvious that it was directed to those talking about Scream.

Fact is EVERYTHING is up in the air now. If they decide we need a "new" ride to compensate for Chang they will not hesitate to remove an unpopular one from SFMM. This is business not a contest to win for who has the most rides. Cedar Point will add a wooden ride next year. SFMM a dance coaster.

Cedar Point is adding a flat. Not a woodie. Fact is... Nothing is up in the air actually. In you're head it may be. But everything is all planned out and set out. And yes they actually would hesitate to remove an unpopular coaster from SFMM to compensate for a second stand up...

Once again, SFMM and Cedar Point are engaged in a "who has a bigger dick" contest that does nothing but cost money. It's why rides like Wildcat stays around at CP.

Maybe it would be built without the parking lot getting any landscaping done, just like it looks now at Magic Mountain. lol.

I wouldn't give a damn! It's a floorless B&M coaster. What's not to like?!

I can handle Iron Wolf with no pain whatsoever, I doubt Scream! would give me as many, or more problems. Just my reaction to head banging. The only head banging I can't take, is Demon. Ouch. I have to do the hanging-head business in (on?) the corkscrews.

R u stupid? Wasn't Chang planned in advance? So much that they had a blue print of the layout here? Wasn't the extended hours dropped at the last minute? And yes Cedar Point is planning a new coaster and they are said to be staying away from pricey steel costs. Weber is Weber. He changed everything Shapiro had in place.

Only thing thats actually changed is a few things. Chang being one of them. And no, you believe everything Screamscape posts. They are not adding a new coaster. Find me where it says that. Oh thats right it doesn't say that they're adding a coaster. Kinzle is careful how he words thing. When he says something for teens/thrillseekers he was meaning a new flat. You will see.

Yeah Weber is Weber. Thats his last name. Shapiro is Shapiro.

But lets stay back on topic.

Screamscape is not my only source on that. Fact is Cedar Fair is being more cautious now as they are restructuring their debt. Steel is not a good option these days. But for Cedar Point is has been too long since their last coaster and so far Shoot the Rapids has bombed. Weber is cutting costs everywhere. Fiesta has dropped Justice League and Mr. Six characters.

And therefore, the process ensues. Six Flags will lose it's family view. Look at it, Shapiro came and brought back the charicters, then Weber comes in and removes them. Families will continue to opt for Disney Parks. They should just stop trying with families.
