I have a feeling this happened due to poor maintenance in the park. I think that parks should stop buying from Intamin unless that parks knows how to properly maintain there rides.

I'm going to put this as nicely as I can, because I'm not a big fan of Intamin. Intamin makes products that think "outside the box", so these products need a maintenance team that can support a ride that is unique. Now, I'm not completely blaming the maintenance, but, I do have a big feeling that they had a bit to do with it.
