I decided to take my little brother and grampa to Coasters after class on friday, was a great day to go. Got to the park around 4:50, bought parking and got to the gates right at opening.
After takikng a quick look at the park model and Changs future spot, we were of to the first ride of the day.
Raging Bull, Walk on for back row, decent ride, then we moved up to row 4 for a re-ride. Row 4>Row 9, atleast on that run.
We walked around, got some bottles of water, then hit one of my favorites...
Demon, Walk on front row, only ones in whole station, and on our whole train. I hate little to no headbanging, this ride still runs great.
After Demon we went backseat on...
American Eagle, Blue was the only side open, good airtime on back seat. The helix needs a little work though. Overall great ride, moved up on my list.
After AE we were going to hit Revy, but it was closed , so went walked on front seat...
Iron Wolf, a little hurting after the corkscrew, but overall had a good ride.
We survived Iron Wolf, so I checked out Little Dipper. Wow! They got pretty far in the last week! Probabley 80% done. Next was one of my favorites in the park.
V2, backseat, you go really high up the back spike! Front is still better, but back is close behind it.
You can probabley guess whats coming next.
Batman, good front seat ride, was in the rain so very intense.
RC or Superman wasn't open because it was raining, so we hit suprisingly empty...
Dark Knight- 4 straight re-rides, this is a really fun ride, and a great addition. (Well atleast in my opinion) *I got sprayed during the ride right before the picture is taken, was it always like this? I dont remember that from opening day???*
Superman wasnt open yet, so we hit 2 flats.
Rue Le Dodge, doesnt seem like it, but is still the worlds biggest floor. Controls are hard to get used to but this is really fun. I enjoyed going after my little brother
Condor, my 2nd ride on this, was Ok, theres not much to it.
Some superhero ride by condor opened up, so we rode it...
Superman, 2 backseat re-rides, pretty decent. Theres not much to this ride, it kinda bores me now.
We ran to the next ride cause the rain was coming.
Raging Cajun, if you get the wait distrubution right, this is a crazy ride. The second set of hairpin turns is amazing, spinning crazy while you turn. This is just a great ride.
Had to get one more ride in...
Raging Bull, waited 20 minutes for the front row, once we locked in our lab bars it starts pouring, the opp says, "Alright yellow train, are you guys ready to get SOAKED?" I didnt think he would let us go but he did, the lift hill was awesome, a complete down poar for 50 some seconds! We were soaked by the time we got to the top! Then the fun came. I didnt know what was coming, so I put my hands up, right as the car started down the drop and OWWW! Rain came flying right into your face feeling like hail! It was crazy, the whole ride was painful, but so awesome and so fun... I cant even explain it... these things are the reason I am an enthusiast. Probabley my best run on any coaster Ive been on. I love you Raging Bull!
Even though I was only there for 4 hours, I probley had one of my best times at the park. This was so worth the extra 25 bucks. Great Times at a Great Park.
