How did the old Eagle entrance work? Did it connect to the same lines as used now?

I've always loved the Edge name and sign at SFGAm (where King Chaos stands now- BTW, the little cream colored house with the slanted roof is still there)

You zig zag through half of the tent, then exit straight out the back, where the wiggles stage is now, go up some stairs, and there is where it connected to the present-day bridges that lead to the station. I remember when the queue line was completely full under the tent. They also had a little stage in the middle and little shows to entertain the waiting crowds. The other half of the tent, (by the yummy yummy cafe) had a snack bar, tables to sit at and an arcade.

Never have been there, but this was in my opinion the coolest entrance.
Is it just me or does the edge sign greatly resemble the giant drop logo.

The original Demon Sign, which was quite better, I might add.

I don't have pictures, but my favorites are (in no particular order) 1)Eagle's old entrance 2) V2 3) Expedition Everest at Disney World.
