Saturday was a beautiful day in St Louis and a perfect way to end the season. The nice weather brought in the crowds but already had been there several times so there was no rush to get on all the rides and enjoyed the park and weather at a nice lax pace. Got on all the coasters once, Freeze and BTR twice, and Evel 3x.
Company that's not American owned and doesn't own any theme parks anymore.
Evel Knievel was broken down when we walked in.
EK was testing as we walked by, so we got in line for it
Its amazing what you can learn when you actually read the signs
Disney
There seemed to be a meeting going on at the control panel (also known as a gathering of people talking and singing to the station music)
The Flashpass line in the exit path
EK was kicking major a** Awesome woodie
There is no shortage of wood in the Evel Knievel area
Found it funny that the Metropolis restrooms are on the other side of the park from Superman, and the only rides in DC Comics plaza are Freeze and Scooby and Superman/Batman are in different areas
We were there as well and only noticed the problem of wasp at the EK line.
The odd thing we found there was a "Raging Bull - Six Flags St. Louis" key chain. It is the exact same one as Great America's, but with the St. Louis name on it. We also found a silver keychain for Raging Bull there as well.
Wow, six flags and miracle whip are really trying to stop evil mayo in every town! Is it just me, or does SFSTL seem a little hokey? The rides seem beautiful, though!
(sings)If you want to be my Chang-y, doesn 't matter if your black or white, or brown, or blue, or green, or red, or orange, or mauve, or yellow... 2010 trips- Dollywood, SFGAm, maybe SoCal
If tower of power has cables above the seats, how did the accident happen at sfkk? I used to think that a Superman Tower of Power accident like at sfkk wouldn't be possible on Giant Drop because the cables are only above the seats. But i guess it's like that on all drop towers.
one of the cables broke and fell onto the riders, it got tangled on the riders then when the car dropped the cable got tight and that girls feet was still in one of the loops of cable, and they got sliced off.

Ah I love SFStL. EK is a fantastic coaster but really not a great choice for their park, since they already have a couple of woodies. The Boss is so very underrated because of its bad trains, but that thing is totally huge and amazing for a woodie. Great TR for the end of the season. Not like your season actually ends anyway.

^The off-season work on The Boss did wonders for it. I went from hating it to really liking it. Hopefully the new trains on Screamin' Eagle will help for next year.
The park itself is really charming. It is the perfect mid-size park for a smaller area. At this point, one larger steel coaster and the ride line-up is perfect for the park.
I'm going there next year so this info was really handy. I'm excited to ride my first GCI woodie and Gerstauler coaster. So, does Mr Freeze actually have a "cooling" effect in the queue and station. I heard it was actually cold in there.
Top 3 Steel Coasters: 1. The Incredible Hulk 2. Maverick 3. Dragon Challenge (Fireball)
Top 3 Wood Coasters: 1. The Beast 2. American Eagle (Red) 3. Hades
The Boss was made by CCI, a company that made wooden coasters that went bankrupt and was bought out by S&S (some of their designers formed their own company called the Gravity Group), only the trains were made by Gerstlauer. Mr Freeze's station is not cold at all, its actually uncofortably warm which is kindve funny considering its themed to an ice factory .
