Then what? Kyle I know that you frequently go back there and I do to, there is nothing there that is any sort of support except for Shockwaves supports.

Ok I have never been back there. I think if there were any big poles laying around we would see them. But I bet there hiding them or something like in one of there many storage areas.Just so people like us dont go running in the Employee parking lot even though were not supposed to, to take pictures of big yellow poles.Cough like last year Cough.THERE IS NOTHING BACK THERE JUST TAKE A LOOK FROM ANY OF THE ELEVATED AREAS IN THE PARK ( Sky Trek, Raging Bull, ect ).

Last June I heard a rumor that if Superman was a hit that we would get a Scooby Doo: Ghostblasters Ride. Has anyone else heared this. That's probably easy to set up over others flats so parts may not arrive til later in the off season.I was alos considering where they may put it. My first thought was power dive: becuase of the construction signs. My second thought was Triple Play: because it's in rehab this winter. Another thought was in all that empty space in Southwest territory. And then I thought in Carousel Plaza in the parking lot by the go carts and SSA. It would be easy to put a ride like that in.

I talked to one of my friends today and asked her what rides at Great America are we getting next year for 2004 sence her dad works for the head of guest relations and said that Great America has to pick 2 flats rides out of 5 to choose from. She knows but she said she cant tell anyone! She also helped take out the rides at Great America. She said she got to ride the go carts around the park. Man i wish I could do that.I have a feeling that were getting a Space Shot cause another friend went to help take out the trains on Saturday and Sunday said that were getting that cause he said his Uncle is the owner and gets all of this free Superman stuff so damn lucky! :D

Holy run on sentance, Batman! So, where did she take them out to? Her back yard? Which ones did she take? I would take Fiddlers Fling and Chubasco. It must be hard to take them out, though, because they are so massive. With all of these people with such reliable sources on these boards, why does everyone keep asking whats new for next year? It confuses me. Why speculate when you already know, everyone? Tools? Maybe. But, who's tool?

I also talkd to her. I've known that her dad worked for six flags for a while, but I just asked her today what they were getting. She played that stupid little can't tell game until she admitted that there were going to be two new flats out of 5 to choose from, but wont tell me which rides because sh'e not allowed to realease that information. The kid who told me they were getting a space shot got to go to the park on the weekends to put all of the cars in storage and such. He said he gets to ride all the rides one last time, and he's allowed to do mid point break runs on Bull. I told Kelly (the girl whos dad works guest relations), and she said she was there, too. She got to ride the go-carts all around the park before they had to put them away in storage. She also got to take down the spider webs and smash the witches from fright fest. By the way, the only reason they were allowd to go is because they either know the owner of the park, or have parrents who work there. Luckys.Out of the 5 new rides, I bet they have to decide between delerium, swat and some other rides I have no idea about. I think swat because it was proven very reliable and thrilling at astroworld, and delerium because it was on a possible new ride list. I know they will not get a screaming squirrel because they aren't getting a coaster, and the ride is too new for them to be in the talks with s+s about.

I completly agree. I say one of the mods locks this topic because the TOS says no rumors. It is also completly pointless.

Don't close this topic please. It's not completely pointless. He didn't get what you said or what a run on sentence is because he's never read a book in his life. So lets just stick to the topic.

It would be nice to get a new ride but for me the only thing that matters is that they dont tear down no coasters and the 2004 season needs to get here very quickly cause iam going through a very bad withdrawl from not riding. By the way are there any restictions on season passes. Like normal running days where they just decide to say screw you season pass guys you have to pay full price. Any one know?

So . . .Where do i begin . . .Let's start with "Kelly"She Helped Smahed Witches Heads and take down Witches Heads? NO!I happen to know the head landscaper for the park. He hates fright Fest because why?I know . . .They don't take down the Fright Fest Decorations becuase the company that provides the crews won't provide one! So most of hte decorations get ruined over the winter and they can't take any down until next April when the crews become available again. So Sorry, but no.Becuase of this, I don't belive a word she says. Not that I don't want new flats next year but, HELLO!

Jon you didn't even talk to her so shut up. She said that thy got to ride all the rides and they got to ride the go-karts, and gam raceway cars all around the park. AND SHE DID SAY THAT THEY WERE ABLE TO TAKE DOWN SPIDER WEBS. She told me as breifly as I told you, "... and we got to smash some of the witches.."
