-No interesting sports going on (Winter is all about hockey) -No matter what I wear, I will never be comfortable if its hot out (Winter you can always wear more) -Can not ski/snow board (makes up most of my winter) -Cant shovel / snow blow anything -Cant wear my russian hat -Sometimes I wish the sun would just go down -Feel guilty if I sit inside to watch a movie -Cant look nice if you go out later in the night because of all the sweat, sunblock, and bug spray. -Have to decide whether the A/C goes on, or you open the windows
I will NOT say I hate summer, but there are negative things to summer that I will mention. Summer is my favorite time of the year though.
1. Mosquitos 2. Reruns on television 3. Sunburns
"I've been staring at the world, waiting. All the trouble and all the pain we're facing. Too much light to be livin' in the dark. Why waste time? We only got one life. Together we can be the CHANGE. So go and let your heart burn bright"
I can't hate summer since it's drag racing and coaster season. However, I do miss hockey and can't wait for the Blackhawks and Milwaukee Admirals openers. The Winter Olympics are also going to be something to look forward to this winter.
Got that at the Nostalgia Days car show in Zion. Outside from 9am-6pm. It would have been worse if I did not cover my neck with a towel when it was already getting bad by 3. Someone took my sunblock out of my car, and I was an idiot for not buying some at the ACE Hardware or one of the quick stops on the show route.
Showering wasn't bad... work was a ɥɔʇıq. Having to wear a collared shirt hurt like hell because it sat right on the blisters; being told to wear a heavy-ass sportcoat on top of it or go home pissed me off.
