As a new student at Bradley University, and being the Director leading the comeback of our theatre department's Haunted House, I'd like to hear what you guys think would be good. I've always been a fan of Halloween festivities, so I know a thing or two, but what do ya think?
Rooms, Characters, a theme?
We're using the theatre building, so there are plenty of halls and stairwells and an elevator..and rooms of course.
What you don't understand you can make mean anything.
That's the whole thing, I want broad right now, what kind of a theme would you want to see? I personally would like to see a circus/freakshow theme, but I'm not so sure everyone else who has to approve it would agree. So ANY ideas are good in my book.

hey yeti cat. i know what ur dealing with. Believe me iv'e been in a few haunts. more than experienced. Now.. heres my questions. Are you having them wait outside or inside. make it a cheap price like $3.00, so that people will keep coming back and you will get more business. Have them wait outside. Because you have more of an advantage, Have people entertain them. Have clowns on stilts walking around. Have leatherface outside with his chainsaw and have the actors play around with the people giving them both a fun and frightening time. For inside scares I can also give you ideas. because thats part of my job at the hauntedhouse i work in.. Just leave me a message if you want help this year.
if you do make a circus/freakshow theme. Have clowns walking around with knives and chainsaws outside. And if your near a forest or something, hide in the bushes and jump out at people.
We're finally in the casting/sketching process, which means I've taken all your suggestions and gotten a few of them into the house. (much appreciated, thanks kindly).
If you are in the Peoria area on October 28, check out BU's campus, go to the hartmann center of performing arts around 7, and trade your five dollars of currency for a tour of two floors of total terror.
ok, so maybe its not total terror, but it will be fun if nothing else.

I work at a haunted house in Green Bay, you should really put some Breakaway doors in there..if you know what that is. It's a huge hit at Terror on the Fox (Where I work). Does you house have a webpage by the way? To see where i work you can go to http://www.terroronthefox.com
"Oh My Gosh, She is such a whore!" - heard behind me exiting Raging Bull.
