I agree, that was a great video. I really like seeing the Eagle Model. To bad the park only takes it out for employee events.

You mean employee evenT. I have not seen that model since taking those pics in I think it was January of 06. Have no idea where it is or where its been since then

^ Yes you are correct on event (not events). As it says in my sig, I was an employee for 5 years, and never saw it at any event. I also tried to find it in the back stage areas of the park, as well as ask people about it. Most had no idea what I was talking about, some said they had heard about it, but never saw it. The last time I physically saw the model was back in the January or February of 1981 at Hawthorn Shopping Center (Vernon Hills, IL) on the lower level near Marshall Fields. It was on "tour" so to speak as a promotion for the opening in May of that year.
The other model shown in your video at 3:11 is also cool, as its a model of the whole park from like 1978 or 1979 (as Tidal Wave is on it). The park pulled that out for an employee reunion held at the park in May of 1999, so I got a few pictures of that, as well as time to check it all out. It would be cool if there was a place in the park that they could put the Eagle model on display. --Brian

As Brian said Tidal Wave and Turn of the Century are here which means this model is from either 78 or 79.  Turn of the Century  Whizzer.  Commercial from the 90s.  Commercial from when Viper was new.  Demon with blood red pond and Eagle being built in the background.   This is from Delta Flyer/Eagles Flight.    Certificate given to the opening crew of the ride. Sorry for the crappy quality my camera back then wasnt so great.    Demon ride op costume.  SSA ride op costume.  Yankee Harbor employee costumes.
