It does not surprise me that Cedar Point got the Best Amusement Park award again. Isnt it their 10 or 11th time winning it?

I also heard that Dragon's Revenge was an awesome waterslide.

^Awesome!!! Time to load up my printer again! :D

Actually, a lot of the bigger titles remain the same as always. But I must say, since it's my favorite coaster and I can't resist: IT'S ABOUT TIME REVENGE OF THE MUMMY WON SOMETHING!!!!!!!!! Oh man, even if it's just a best indoor coaster category (which i'm assuming was added because of the Dark Knight blunders lol), I'm still happy to see it's name on something, as well as Dudley Do-Right since that's another ride at the top of my list for best rides anywhere! Overall, i still agree with landscaping at BGE, Cedar Point i'll take as best amusement park as well, Friendliest i'm happy with HW, and Best kid's area is DEFINITELY Kings Island. I'm curious to eat at Knoebels now though!
RIP: Trailblazer and Deja Vu...heck, even Alien Encounter :(

I'll make a promise to everyone. If Cedar Point isn't the World best park again, then I'll stop riding coasters and I'll feel sorry about the SFMM kid. Whew, thank goodness.

I didn't know Kennywood had a Christmas Event

Did anyone else notice that they got SheiKra and Griffin's Votes Mixed up?

This proves that the Awards are Bull-Stink

Also how is it that Dragons Revenge and Black Hole 2.0 are BEST new Waterpark Ride. Technically, they are just re-themes.

I'm surprised Silver Dollar City was not in the top 5 for best Christmas Event, it looks amazing.
but I do agree with where SDC is with Friendliest staff, mostly because they are people that moved down there to retire and got bored so they got a job there (and there is like a 70 year old man running their coaster Wildfire (Which is an amazing B&M sit-down))best food, (their skillets are AMAZING!) and best shows, and they have some fun rides there.
I think we could've had the best Carousel if we tried (and actually played the carousel song there and not rap crap)
I wonder if CGA holds number 6 for best carousel? Even though theirs is better than ours.

I do my part, I never vote for Cedar Point for best park. Europa Park and Blackpool just dont have enough support though :)

Also best indoor coaster is voted on a 3 year rotating schedule, so it's voted on once every 3 years. Is a kick in the ass to Six Flags though :)

and furthermore..

TAKE THAT! Hershey Park's Fahrenheit!! Outranked by our very own Whizzer :)

Did Raging Bull move up one spot? If I recall correctly, it was 12 last year.

^I think Raging Bull is 11th, beating Maverick in 12th! I don't think Bull gets enough credit. Oh, and Whizzer being in the top 50? That's just awesome! And to think that they were going to get rid of it...

These polls mean nothing in my opinion! A lot of the votes are biased and people who look at a park experience over the coaster. That is why I only trust the Mitch Hawker coaster poll. It is all enthusiasts and makes sure a vote isnt biased.

For example, if someone would rate Raging Bull there #2 coaster...but have only ridden 15 coasters, there vote would mean almost nothing to a person has ridden 300+ coasters.

http://www.ushsho.com/bestrollercoasterpoll.htm
And its all done by enthusiasts...so people that know how to rate coasters.

Columbia Carousel, represent!!!

Well...it's 5th...but still...HOO RAH

And I'm telling you, if Raging Bull didn't have that trim break on the first camelback hill, it'd be in the Top 10.
