I was wondering basically how I can fit in the whole park in one day, and what I should and should not miss (I will be doing all the coasters though no worries). Also, how busy is it typically on Sundays?
If you want to do everything then i would probably start with Superman, just go to the left when you walk in. Its the one line that wont be worth waiting for if it gets long.
If its busy and you are constrained by time i would just skip the Dark Knight. You really are not missing out on anything and most people feel it was a waste of wait. Its a semi-dark wild mouse that packs very little thrill and has cheesy effects. The pre show is nothing and the line is generally 2 hours + all day long.
Try to the left side of the park early if you can, walking into Mardi Gras hit up King Chaos if there is no line as its a fun flat ride...
Get to Vertical Velocity early if you can because its one train and the line is very slow moving. Its exciting for sure for a first time. If the front has a reasonable wait, i would say go for it, its great.
Batman is right across from V2, the line is fairly quick moving since there is 2 trains running consistent and the ride is like 55 seconds. By far one of the most fun, fast rides in the park.
If you stick the left side of the park you will come across Iron Wolf, if you must do it to accomplish all the coasters do it, but if the line is wrapping i would advise against it until it gets shorter. The loading time is slow. Its a fun but bumpy ride, keep your head back to avoid it from banging your head and you will enjoy it.
If you keep going you will notice American Eagle to left, it should be a pretty short wait if its still early afternoon-ish. Its a bit of a haul to the station but its a fun ride!
Across from American Eagles gate is the flat ride Revolution, and in my opinion the most intense flat we have. Its a pendelum where the riders face eachother and it spins and goes up and down, just dont eat before going on it!
Keep on trucking toward the other side of the park, at this point you will be by Southwest Territory where that huge orange coaster we all love is, Raging Bull. You also will have the popular woodie Viper, and our only sit down inverted Demon. You can really hit these however you want.
Demon will most likely be a very short wait, Raging Bull on most days moves pretty well and you should get on within 30-45 minutes. Viper is rarely more then 20-30 minutes but is worth it.
For Demon and Viper i would try to do the back for some pretty cool airtime.
For Bull, its up to you, but i think you should stick to the left when your close to the station and go for the front, its the best experience. If you go on again, hit the back for a more intense ride.
Try not to miss the Orbit, another flat ride that is good times.
