Tuesdays, Wednesdays, and Thursdays. Saturdays and Sundays are usually pretty bad. Fridays are usually bad as families may want to take a three-day weekend, and Monday if they couldn't take off Friday. However, there's really no way of telling beforehand.
Eh.......I got nothing.

I have had some good luck with Fridays. I went a Friday during June, July, and August and neither of them were bad. Most rides were a standard 15 min, and then some walk ons later on in the night. If you go on a nice weekday, most people will be in the water park for most of the day.

I generally have pretty good luck on Sundays as well, at least the first part of the day. If you're there right at opening you can squeeze in quite a few rides before things really start getting busy after noon.

^I can second that. I've gotten on at least half of the coasters in the first few hours on a day like that.

Always check the trip reports forum for an idea on how the crowds will be.
