Wow there really aren't wasting any time!! Good for them!

Yep. Silverwood's goin quick!! Ya know, I can't help but say that the title to this topic doesn't really make sense. Especially when you look at the link above. If Deja Vu is "officially dead", then it wouldn't be going up at another park lol.

Was out at the park yesterday, and was looking at what was left of Deja Vu.
I noticed something odd, so I took a picture of it.
Could this be how the park really feels about Deja Vu? If so, maybe they need to get a bigger dumpster to "throw it" away!
Please note that I did love the ride, and I am sad to see it go. I just find it funny that the support was on top of the dumpster, giving the impression that the park was or wanted to throwing it away, instead of selling it.

Brian we saw that too and I was thinking the same thing when we saw that
silverwood is going to town on aftershock all thats left to build is the towers.... and as said before, first part down is first part up. and last part down is the last part up
Silverwood Aftershock construction update 5/19/2008 can be found here
This is so sad When I heard the news I was so bummed It was my favorite ride there I rode it like 8 times And for me that's pretty good, because I don't go that much, and it is closed some days.
Damn. So many memories on that roller coaster. This one time, me and my friend went to the park early, and we were in the front row, and we were the only ones on the coaster, and everyone was watching us. Damn, what a shame. And this other time, I broke my leg and went to six flags to get a handicap pass, and I was put in their elevator on deja vu, and I got stuck in it, and was getting claustraphobic, but I got on with no wait. What a shame.
I noticed some talk about a dive machine That would be awesome to put like.. a sheikra or something. I rode sheikra, and I nearly crapped my pants. It was amazing. I would like to see a sweet coaster go up, but its a really small area.
They did remove that water ride though, maybe they could squeeze another B&M coaster in. SFGAm has like 4, and they need like 4 more.

Deja Vu is dead. But Aftershock...
This is true. But the coaster itself is not demolished, thank GOODNESS! If Six Flags did throw it away, I don't know what I'd do! I know there would be the one at Magic Mountain, but it's just not the same if ya know what I mean. I got attatched to that specific piece of steel
EDIT: Just out of question, is anyone planning on going to Silverwood if Aftershock really does open this summer?
I LOVE Aftershock I really do. I am still upset about Six Flags selling it when they had nothing to replace it. However, it is ridiculous to go all the way to Idaho to some small town to ride one coaster. If it was Iowa, Idiana or Michigan I would but Idaho? No way. Gas is $4.19 and everything is going up even air fares and so on...
