Has anyone else noticed Saturday Night Live is getting less and less funny... Its like they are running out of ideas...

I actually never fully watched an Episode of SNL. So, I have no idea. But my roommates watch it all the time and said something like what you said. If I were to say something about it, I would probably say something about the Farly years. Just because I've seen like one skit from that time and loved it.

Well to be Very Honest:

- The Digital Shorts are starting to be boring and pointless (A superhero getting hit, 2-Man band with No Pants. Sadly it's like they're trying to Waste Time.)
- The Amy Poehler Drug is starting to Damage certain Brain Cells
- Kristen Wiig is about as good to SNL as The 4th Place Ratings are To NBC (Sad and Bad)
- Some of the Host decisions have been Stupid (Christopher, Seth Rogan... Good God!!)
- The Writing is starting to sound like its being writen by 4th Grade Left-Handed Chimps on Typewriters
- Fred Armisen is Playing Obama (Hmm A White Skined, Asian, Mexican Guy playing A Black Guy thats perfect.)
- Not Enough Casey Wilson (I see her as the Shows Next Break Out Star)
- The Black Guy is barely in the Show and in my opinion not getting that Funny of Roles/ Sketches
- Nicholas Fehn... I rest My Case
- Weekend Update losing Momentum
- No Bush Impressions
- Penolope... I Just Change the Channel during that Sketch
- SNL Digital Shorts trying to Attach Youtube Audiences to the Show
- Incorrect Information on Most Sketches
- Not Much Diversity in the Cast (No Fat Guy, No Obama-Shaped Black Guy)
- The Only Good Cast Members are Veterans and there are only 3 Left (Amy, Darrell, Seth)
- No Commercial Parodies (That really Annoys Me... Annualle)
- The Cast Looks Old, Bored, Angry, And Tired

SNL is in more and odder world now with Some Good (Palin) and Some Bad (Fred as Obama), Here are some SNL updates from Coaster Justin

Mark Payne: If you don't know who he is, he's a bartender that yells and overexaggerates about the smallest things (Sticky Paper and Pepper so far.)
- Anyway, the first sketch of any Charactor is hard because, it's creating foundation but his 1st time set a new SNL low not seen since Tom Hanks/ Steve Martin Episodes in Season 31. Barely a Laugh, and it seemed like a Time Waster. And Still does.

Digital Shorts: OK SNL we get it, The Digital Shorts are "Cool" but it's barely tolerable anymore. Some of the Past Ones (Lazy Sunday, The Meeting, Doppleganger, Etc.) but the digital shorts so far are seeming more and more stupid with every appearance. SNL Should stop these for a few months and save them because its quality and not quantity.

Fred As Obama: It is sad and pathetic!!!!! They don't give him any Makeup and I've seen his first as Obama (Tina Fey Episode) but I don't see him as Obama, He doesn't look like him, Doesn't sound like him. End of story. MADtv's Keegan is 1000% Better than Fred at his best. Even after the Election and Still having Fred doing Obama is SAD and EMBARASSING.

Kristen Wiig: Now you can disagree with me but I'm sorry, Kristen Wiig has been on SNL for 3 Years and I've yet to see her do anything good. In fact, most of her sketches are downers (Target Lady, Penelope, Excited Sue, Judy Grimes, Etc.) and has sadly been in the show MORE AND MORE AND MORE especially since Amy has left.

Abby and Michaela: The 2 New Female Cast Members. Abby is scaring me for one major reason SHE HASN'T MADE ANY MARK, there have been sketches she has been in but hasn't talked, I don't think she has said 14 sentences in her whole 4 Episodes of the Show.

I Do want to say, I have enjoyed many of the sketches this year so far including:

- T-Mobile Commercial Parody
- Sarah Palin Rap Song
- Michael Phelps Diet
- The View
- Countdown with Keith Olberman
- The Buddies Sketches
- and the Car Company Bailouts

I think SNL stopped being funny like 8 years ago when all the cast members when on to do movies.

The only person on SNL that I find funny is Tina Fey, and she has 30 rock now so she is barely on the show.
