I stumbled over this site earlier today and thought it was interisting.http://www.italintl.com/rides.htmThey seem to have a little bit of everything. Some of the makers I have never heard of. The loop coasters looks interisting (cashing in at a mere 650,000). The second loop coaster looks like an Intamin ride http://www.italintl.com/coaster/c8.htm (am I correct?). Some of the information is very vague, so it is tough to get good information. The price of ferris wheels are so cheep when compaired to the coasters (and cars) pricing in at 15-30 thousand dollars. They have a smaller version of a double ferris wheel (Like skywhirl) http://www.italintl.com/wheel/w27.htm but their triple ferris wheel steals the show. http://www.italintl.com/wheel/w15.htm . That was made by Intamin and in 1976, so I don't know if it was made along with our sky whirl or what (was out skywhirl make by Intamin?).Other than thoes, there is a wealth of used parts and other rides. I surfed the site for a good hour before getting bored. Check it out, it burns time!

That looks like a pretty decent coaster for only 3/4 of a million dollars.

That coaster you were talking about is not Intamin. Several other companys have that style track and they also used track like B&M before.

Our SW was made by Intamin.

That is what's confusing about the triple wheel sale on this site (its been for sale on that site for 2 years now). Some claim that the structure of the Sky Whirl was scrapped. However, the cages still reside in the employee parking lot at SFGAm.If you look at the stats of this wheel, it was built by Intamin, was erected in 1976, and resides in the U.S.That only leaves the PGA and SFGAm triple wheel to fit with these stats. With PGA's Sky Whirl being gone for quite some time, I am confident that this sale is for SFGAm's Sky Whirl.
I finally retired the Sarah Palin signature because she is now 100% irrelevant.

I was wondering if it was our Sky Whirl that was on the site. Does anyone know if thoes pictures look like the landscape of our old Sky Whirl? Maybe Greatamerica2003 could shed some light on this situation.

To me the base of Sky Whirl on the right picture doesn't look like ours....then again Im almost certain it got painted the year before they removed it, so I might be thinking of the last paint job it had. I know they still have the cages but Im almost positive they melted down the rest of the ride.

How can you be so sure they melted the rest of the ride? Where has there been any proof of that?Anyway, I've been to this site before... Wouldn't it be fun to have about $700,000 to spend on something like that? 8)
