The ''Official'' Season Pass help topic

Talk about anything that has to do with the amusement park industry here.

Yeah, I'm going to SFGAdv this July, for 2 people a regular Flash Pass is like $30-$40, and you wait the same amount of time as the line (though it's actually slightly less), but Gold you wait 75% less than the queue time(though 9 times out of 10 I hear you get immediate boarding) but it's like $90 for 2 people. Seeing as the last time I was at SFGAdv was 2001, we're going to sping for Gold, hopefully the park is packed and we get our moneys worth :)

To tell the truth I'd like to see Flash Pass, Express Pass, FastPass, dont care what different parks call it, but I think it all needs to be dumped. It makes lines for standby people way longer, on some rides at Disney standby wait time almost doubled on some rides with the introduction of fast pass. Without front of the line access lines move alot faster, there is less wait time for the majority of people and that gives everyone more time to stand around on the midways and buy stuff, probably comes close to being equal to the $$ they make with the passes. But I guess it has it's place and it wont be going anywhere anytime soon.

I just hope my SFStL parking pass gets me into the front lot, though even if it doesn't it will be worth the 75% or so savings I got for my pass :)

This year Flash pass system was upgraded to match Great America set-up. Now in 7 SF parks in 2008
Last Year you had to scan the pager at the ride and come back when the pages you to come back to the ride and then scan it at Second Box at entrance of flash pass line. Now it has upgraged and the prices reflet that :!:
This Newsletter will help explain the old Systemhttp://www.lo-q.com/nov05news/nov05page1.htm
At great America four paper tickets was sold for $15 and upgrade in 2007 for $20/$30 prices for one person.
Here's is a old newsletter about Q-bot used At Great America-
http://www.lo-q.com/gfx/Newsletters/Nov%202007%20newsletter.pdf
Let's see that will be prices For Great America this year! I Don't Know
Maybe these prices at SFOG and SFNE in 2007 will be matched.http://www.lo-qusa.com/parks/sfne2007price.asp Still I don't Know
If the prices goes up more attractions should be included like Viper and Demon!

Hrmm, that's quite the ripoff, honestly if it were to to me I'd skip the crap hole that is SFGAdv all together and go to Hershey or Clementon or something, but person I'm traveling with is dead set on going to SFGAdv. :?

I don't need credits that badly

If the regular pass had the same wait as the normal line, then why waste the money when you could just wait in line?

Ohhhhhhh. So you get a time to come back, rather than just waiting there. I understand now. Sorry for my confusion.

They let me buy my ($65) season parking pass at the "toll plaza" on Sunday at SFGAm. All I had to do was go to SP processing, give them the receipt, and they reprinted my SP with "PARKING" on it to the right of the barcode.

Does the pass processing center close before the park does? Or is it open just as long?
