^Pretty much my thoughts. I'd add that I want to see how the Hard Rock Park coasters are received since they're building 5 at the same time.

I'd probably go with Evel Knievel at SFStL, Flying Turns at Knoebels, Spongebob at MOA, Ravine Flyer II at Waldameer and Mammut at Tripsdrill. Hopefully I'll ride all those this year except for mammut which will have to wait til 2009.

There really isnt a heck of a lot being built this year anywhere that is all that interesting. At first Behemoth looked interesting, then the drop was built at a less than advertised angle and there is a trim on every single hill on the ride, canceled my trip to Canada and booked a trip to NYC/Jersey, do some worthwhile piers instead :)

I don't think he ment that. I just think that he's tired of getting criticized, and he'd appreciate it if it didn't happen in this thread. 8)

I definitely say Dark Knight, Ravine Flyer 2, Behemoth (although now that you mentioned the trims, i'm a little skeptical), Spongebob, and, i can't believe no one's mentioned this year....STEEL HAWG!

Overall, i'll probably only get to Indiana Beach and SFGA this year, so i'll knock two of those off! Actually, i was just thinking, it's been a while since we had a new coaster to look forward to at either park, so this should be a great year!
RIP: Trailblazer and Deja Vu...heck, even Alien Encounter :(
