I Won't Be Home For Christmas: Part II

Let us know how your day at the park was.
Postby Director_Guy on February 6th, 2008, 3:11 am
Part Two.

Image
Hey James is here!

Image
Our drive to Magic Mountain was a fun and constantly on edge ride thanks to James's ghetto wagon having a hood that likes to pop up while driving.

Image
See? There it goes.

Image
It was kinda crowded outside the park and I must say I was surprised to hear that the park didn't open until 10:30.

Image
James, running to Tatsu (using the Revolution flashpass entrance as a short cut), keeps himself cool by panting.

Image
Lucky us, Tatsu wasn't even open yet. We were first in line.

Image
James stands in awe of the mighty pretzel.

Image
Hey look! Politically incorrect cartoon characters!

Image
James sexy with Tatsu.

Image
And me... uh... I think.

Image
Walking down the hill of death.

Image
"I'm too tall for this."
Image
Goldrusher. Well known for it's legroom.
Image
Image
How dramatic!

Image
James points out the irony of the no smoking sign in the smoking section.

Image
Future reference: This benches are NOT bolted down.

Image
Urban art.

Image
"Hey.... What's that thing?"

Image
"Huh? That? Oh that's only the best stand-up ever."

Image
Image

Image
The Boy Wonder and The Boy Underwear.

Image
Oh yeah! I caught this kid trying to take a piss on Scream! Ha ha. He was pretty embarrassed .

Image
Parking lot or not. It's still fun.

Image
This picture is obsolete now, considering Flashy has left us completely by now, but it's nice to note that they were rippin' it apart all day.

Image
Tilt.

Image
It was starting to get busy. Even Revolution had a line. We decided a flashpass would be a prudent idea.

Image
"Must touch fake animal!"

Image
Goliath seemed like a good idea.

Image
Special thanks to the flashpass.

Image
Oh, and if you look carefully, you can see a monkey up in the far corner...ish.

Image
Lemme eat your face!

Image
Goliath from SECRET LOCATIONZ

Image
Why is this open in 50 degree weather?

Image
James wants to steal the coasters.

Image
That's as far as it goes anymore.

Image
"Who the f*** is this kid?!"

Image
Ha ha ha ha ha ha!

Image
Twisty chops.

Image
"I like rolley coasters"

Image
"Let's go throw balls at kids!"

Image
SUCK

All of a sudden we hear this loud GEEEEEEEEERRRRRRROOOOWW KABOMP!.
Image
It was the sound of this piece being cut and falling into itself.

Image
My God, they mangled the crap out of this guy.

Image
Magical floating balls!

Image
Ohhh pretty.

Image
We caught a ride to the top of the evil mountain to see if Ninja was open yet. It wasn't.

Image
So we went by the Psyclone grave site. James was actually akin to this disasterpiece.

Image
And look. The Vu-ski.

Image
Them gals aint wearin' no panties.

Image
Gotham City junky.

Image
Random abstraction.

Image
Look at the size of this smoking section! Holy carp!

Image
Image
Image
Hmm, starting to get late....
Image
Even Colossus has a longish line...
Let's do Goliath and head out...
Image

And we did....

What's next on the agenda?

Looks like you had an awesome time. Hopefully I get to go there next year! When you said the mighty pretzel, at first I though you meant a food pretzel instead of the inversion. Wow I'm still tired.

Awesome job on the pics this year again. I'm quite fond of the abstraction too! Oh, and great pictures with the cages and that Gold Rusher one outside of the car!
