So the rumors aren't true. Kiddieland will be returning next season. It would have been a shame to see that park close.

I believe 2009 is to be their final season. Unless the family has kissed and made up (unlikely)

not up to them, up to the kid's parents. Kids own the park/rides, parents own the land, and the parents want out, lease expires after 09 I believe, and the relationship is none to warm (parents recently sued the kids to get the park closed for running rides with no insurance which is an outright lie). Parents also sued the kids a while back to stop the 4'th of july fireworks which was successful.

Cant blame them really, that land is worth an absolute fortune, that small lot is worth a minimum of 7 figures.

I know it's worth a lot but still, my grandparents had their first date there and it means a lot to even elderly people.

Well, we all know that money will drive people to do selfish things, lets hope they make the right and selfless decision to keep the park after next year. Since i do the charity ride here every year, i look forward to a new ride to check out!!!
