One of my first topics/threads I've ever started was what's your favorite coaster? Now I want to hear what is the worst coaster you've been on. Mine is a tie between Demon and Hades. They are both kinda fun but really rough! So tell me what coaster(s) do you hate?
Top 3 Steel Coasters: 1. The Incredible Hulk 2. Maverick 3. Dragon Challenge (Fireball)
Top 3 Wood Coasters: 1. The Beast 2. American Eagle (Red) 3. Hades
I think this thread hasnt been done for awhile now. Hades and Demon are both really smooth compared to a lot of coasters out there.
Worst coaster I've ever been on was Physclone at SFMM before it was demolished. And that was by a landslide. Would never even think about riding it again.
Top 5 wood-5-Goliath 4-Ravine Flyer II 3-Phoenix 2-Voyage 1-El Toro Top 5 Steel- 5-Velocicoaster 4- Maverick 3- Fury 325 2-Steel Vengeance 1-X2 Coaster Count: 444
The Boss at Six Flags St. Louis (too rough)
Cedar Creek Mine Ride (too many left turns) and Magnum (hurt my legs bigtime!) at Cedar Point
Face/Off at Kings Island (just pure suckage!)
I also was pissed with Millennium Force after the big drop and Space Mountain for not having headrests (major neck cramps)
RIP: Trailblazer and Deja Vu...heck, even Alien Encounter

Well the reason why I thought those 2 are rough is because I havn't been to many parks.

Absolute worst would be Gouderix at Parc Asterix, never been on a more violent and painful coaster.
Runner up would probably be Typhoon from Santas Village that was a real piece of work.
Dishonorable mentions would be...
Any Zamperla Volare but especially flying coaster at Elitch.
Manhattan Express at NYNY, partially due to the price paid for such a crappy ride.
Certain SLC's that run poorly (I like ones that run smoothly, though it depends on the day)
SOB when it ran the premier trains, haven't ridden with Gerstlauer's yet though.
Favorite Wood Coasters: The Voyage, Ravine Flyer II, Thunderhead, Balder Favorite Steel: Voltron Nevera, Steel Vengeance, Expedition GeForce, Olympia Looping Parks visited: 232, Coasters Ridden: Steel: 894, Wood: 179, Total: 1073
Eagle Blue side and Cajun are my worst...oh and Superman and Wolf yeah so that's my 4 that I hate the most. I got a bruise on EB and Cajun a few times...hurt my back on Superman and got a massive headache on Wolf.
yeah, HW coasters are pretty well maintained, I hear Voyage can get a bit shaky sometimes, but when I was there last all 3 coasters were running just fine.

Wait a second...I thought this was the "worst coaster" category and not the "coaster most likely you are to get killed on" category.
Though, Afterburner might have to even lose out on that category now considering there is a really good chance Fun Spot will never open again. Granted, that seems to be the case every year, but apparently, things looked more dire going into this off-season than every before.
Galvan316 wrote:^ You have to be either on drugs, a sissy or both to think that Thunder Run at SFKK is rough.
TR is probably one of the BEST coasters out there.
Okay, whens the last time you've been on it? Yea, its a fun ride, but it shakes you like you wouldnt believe. The helix after the camel backs??? oh, man that was terrible. Galvan, you need to not judge so fast, theres no way in hell i'm a "sissy" it IS a rough ride.

Why do things look dire? (I'm not familiar with this park)
