Huge Trip Report - August 13th

Let us know how your day at the park was.
Postby kcabmi on August 14th, 2007, 2:25 pm
It all started when me and my friend woke up at 8. We went to bed at like 1:30 so we didn't get much sleep. When I woke up I noticed my hand was so puffed up, the night before I go stung by a bee. And now my hand was huge. But anyways, I was going to take a shower but my friends sister was in the shower so I couldn't. It sucked. So we watched tv for like 15 minutes and then ate some breakfest. We ate Reases Puffs. Then at 8:45 we were out the door on the way to the park.

It was a beautiful day, and we arrived at the park right before it opened. So we had to wait by the pond thing and watch this super stupid show with gay Looney Tunes characters dancing around. Finally they let us leave. We headed straight for Raging Bull. It was like a stampeed. Everybody was running. We got there pretty fast. The line was so tiny. It took about 2 minutes to get on. We went to the back row because you get ultimate air. The first drop was just AWESOME!!!!!!!!

Then we got off and went for Giant Drop. The day was turning out just like last year. My friend was a little scared to go on Giant drop, it was wierd. Maybe it was because that one lady got her feet chopped off. Well anyways, the line was only like a 2 minute wait. Except they were only running 3 cars, it was so stupid. So we got on, we went way up. We could see Lake Michigan. Then we dropped, it was so intense. I wanted to do it again but my friend didn't want too.

So then we decided to go to V2. But on the way we noticed that Deja Vu was actually running, and people were on it, so we headed straight for that. The line took only like 10 minutes. I got in the seat and was getting a little nervous, this was only my 3rd time on this ride. I buckled my seatbelt really tight. And then I pulled my green shoulder harness down and it would not come tight enough. It was so loose, there was like 4 inches from my stomach to the shoulder harness. Then I was getting really scared because I knew how the ride just holds you up in the air on your stomach forever. And we were near the back so it would be worse. And then we started moving backwards. We got vertical and I thought I was gonna fall out. But then it finally dropped us, I was so happy. The ride was awesome. I think it's my new second favorite ride. Then after we got off my friend went and stood by the height thing, and he was actually a half inch too tall to ride it. lol Then I stepped in this huge puddle, I was so mad.

Then we headed for V2. We were walking around the park and got by Iron Wolf and noticed it was closed. Wierd. Well anyways, we kept on walking. We got in line for V2. It only took a little over 5 minutes. The line wasn't even going past the stairs. We watched the train fly by us over and over until we got on. We sat towards the back. It was really fun. I forgot how strong the positive g's are. But I think the first launch should be way faster. Only the first half second of the launch is intense. But whatever, still an awesome ride.

Then we went and got some Ice water because it's free. But they gave us such a small cup unlike last year. It was stupid.

We then headed for Batman. The line didn't start until the begining of that tunnel thing. My friend was like "dude that would be so funny if someone used a fast pass right now", and then all of a suddend we see a family walking through the fast pass line. They were so retarded. They wasted so much money. They got right behind us. We just got in the station, and then somebody puked in the left seat on the 4th row. It was so disgusting, who pukes on a rollercoaster???? They spent like 10 minutes cleaning the seat. It was so boring. Then finally they started the ride again. Man that would be sick to sit in that seat. lol The ride was really fun. The G's were so intense.

Then we decided we were gonna go on American Eagle. When we walked by Iron Wolf I asked this dude when it would open, he said maybe in the afternoon.

Then when we got by the Eagle I couldn't find the stupid entrance. Then I finally found it, I guess they moved it this year. The line was kind of long because they were only running one side. In line I noticed my hand was getting even more swollen from the bee sting. It really sucked, it hurt really bad too. But anyways, the line took like 25 minutes probly. The ride was alright. But I really think it's one of the worst rollercoasters in the park.

Then we got in line for Revolution. We waited for only like 5 minutes. It was pretty fun. But I think it spins too fast and doesn't go high enough. I like the ride at State Fair way more. This one made me a little sick. I was happy when it ended.

Then we were hungry. It was probly like 12:30. We went and ate at the food place by Deja Vu. We went to the Papa Johns place. I got cheese and my friend got pepperoni. We each got large cokes. It was just like last year except the price probly went up. We each spent $11.39. The food prices are just outrageous.

Then my friend went to take a crap. Last year he did and it took 10 minutes so I got ready to wait forever. But he came back only like 5 minutes later. I was happy.

Then we went on Demon. The line was pretty short. I think it was like 15 minutes. We got in the seats and instantly I was uncomfortable. I'm 6 ft. tall and my legs are really long and I had no leg room, my knees were smashed up against the seats in front of us. My friend was even worse because he's like 6 ft. 3 in tall. But then I realised how high my head was above the shoulder restraints. I was really happy because I always remembered hitting my head on the restraints but this time that wouldn't happen. I actually loved the ride. I didn't bang my head at all and it didn't even seem that rough. It was awesome. I love this ride now.

We got off and went for Raging Bull again. the line came all the way out to the entrance but it only went zig zaggy for 2 rows. So we got in line. It took like 25 minutes maybe. It was really fun. We didn't sit in the back row though because the second from the back had no line.

Then we went and got in line for Viper. The line was really long and it wasn't moving too fast either. While in line we saw the Observation tower and decided that we were going to go on that next. Well the line took somewhere around 35 minutes, but we didn't have a watch so we didn't know for sure. We went for the backrow because I heard it's good on this ride. The ride was so awesome. I love Viper. The lateral G's are so strong, and you get so much air on those little hills. And the headchoppers are so scary. I thought my head was gonna fall off.

Then we headed for the observation tower. I hadn't been on this for like 5 years. We got there right when it was going up, and there was only like 10 people on it too. So then we had to wait for a little while. Then we got in and it started going up. The view of the park was really cool. And then at the top I was joking around to my friend and I was like, lets see if we can see the Sears Tower from Chicago. Then we looked and we could actually see the whole Chicago skyline. We could see every single skyscraper. It was so awesome.

After that we went to go see if Iron Wolf was working now. We got there and it was. The line wasn't very long. I wasn't zig zagging but it seemed like it was moving pretty slow. It took like half an hour. When I got in the train I started doubting why I even got in line. I remembered how rough this ride it. Then when we started going down the drop and instantly my head started banging. I don't even know what happened. the whole ride I was trying to avoid my head from baning and it was just not any fun at all. When we were leaving the station I told my friend how stupid the ride was. I said "what ride bangs your head in the loop?" he said he thinks it's because it twists, and then I said "It's STOOPID!!!!" This girl heard me and she looked at me and laughed.

After that we went to go on V2 again. We got in line and it looked long. It was going through the zig zags. The line took over a half hour. It was the longest line yet. It was so boring. The sun was shining on us the whole time and I was so hot. Then we finally got on the ride. We sat towards the front this time. It was fun. We really twisted on the spiral part.

Then we had no idea what to do. We started walking through the Mardi Gras section. Then we walked by Superman and the line looked huge. So we kept walking. My friend wanted to just sit down so we sat down at this bench in Orleans Place. We tried to decide on what to do. We decided to go eat again because we were hungry.

We went back to the place by Deja Vu. We went to the Burger place. I ordered a cheeseburger. It came with fries but it cost $9. I couldn't believe it. And then I got a free water. I sat down and took a bite of my cheeseburger. It tasted wierd. But the fries were soooo good. I only ate like 3/4th of my burger, I think it wasn't done.

Then I went pee for the first time since I was there. I think I was really dehyderated, my pee was really yellow too.

Then we decided to go on Raging Bull for the 3rd time. The line was a little longer than the last time we went on it. It took like a half hour. It was fun.

It was like 7 o' clock now and my friend wanted to go home. But his mom said she was gonna pick us up at 9:30. He wanted to call his mom and have her pick us up early. I said, nooooooo. We went and sat down at this green bench right by Deja Vu. We decided on what to do. I kept begging my friend to stay longer. I didn't want to leave. But I also didn't know what to do. I wanted to go on Deja Vu again but the line would take forever. I begged him to go on Demon again because it was soo fun last time and its line is small. He said no because how small the seats are. But he finally agreed.

The line took about 20 minutes. This time we sat in front on the car. Not the back, so we had a little bit more room. It was fun.

Then we went on Giant Drop again. It was stupid because they were still only running 3 cars. So the line moved slow. It took like 15 minutes. It was so fun. I love Giant Drop.

Now it was like 8:00 and we decided we were gonna go on Superman because we had been on every other good ride. We got in line. The line was going halfway through the zig zags. It took forever. It was like an hour and 10 minutes. We tried to make the time fly. I pretended to drink my cup even tho nothing was in it. And we guessed the weight of all the superman characters. We finally got in the station. We headed for the back row because it's the best on this ride. Then we headed up the lift hill. The drop was boring like usual, but the pretzel loops was just awesome. It's so intense in the back. Then after the ride we looked at our pictures and then left the park.

We got in the parking lot at 9:20 and then my friends mom picked us up. We got in the car and then we went to McDonald's. Yummmm.

The day was awesome. It would have been more fun though if my hand wasn't all screwed up from the gay bee. It's still swollen right now.

THE END!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

O.K.

Detailed TR's are nice but you really don't have to share with us that your pee was yellow.

I didn't know bee's were homosexuals.
I finally retired the Sarah Palin signature because she is now 100% irrelevant.

^Cause Galvan was the insecure school yard bully back in grade school. Pay him no attention.

I only ate like 3/4th of my burger, I think it wasn't done.

Thats a miracle, every burger I've ever had at Six Flags was so overdone there was no moisture left in it.
