Does anyone else enjoy folk/ folk rock and indie rock?

Bright Eyes is absolutely amazing. [ Cassadaga blew me away. ]
As is Death Cab For Cutie.

I'm also a huge fan of psychadellic rock, and jam bands.
Femi Kuti and the Positive Force.
Widespread Panic.
Umphrey's McGee.
Tea Leaf Green.

As for Indie rock.
Death Cab For Cutie.
The Faint.
Rilo Kelly.
The Postal Service.

Some mainstream rock is good.
Tool.
A Perfect Circle.
Radiohead.
10 Years.

But Folk is my real love.
BRIGHT EYES.
Norah Jones.
Leonard Cohen.
Iron And Wine.

Does anyone else enjoy any of the music I've listed above, or am I just odd?

I picked the fourth option, but only because I think all music I don't like sucks, which always gets people to say "Your taste sucks and you don't know what good music is." Although I don't think ALL music I don't like sucks. There are some classic bands and musicians you probably won't catch me listening to that I still have respect for as far as talent is concerned, i.e. Jimmy Hendrix.
Hee hee, look. I have a signature thingy um, thing.

Don't know if I like folk, but I'm defintely an indie fan. I love Death Cab, probably one of my favorite bands, and then Postal Service is pretty great too (then again the same guy from death cab is in postal service). So you're not alone with the indie rock.

There's a "folk" group called Common Rotation. They do some covers of my favorite band They Might Be Giants.

TMBG is also an interesting alternative rock band you might want to check out. They have an interesting sound. Kind of like The Beatles but less drug induced.

Weezer is good people too.

^^ Weezer is a good band. Well, I'm not a fan of theyre latest stuff, but theyre older stuff is good. Femi Kuti and the Positive Force is a good band, and really underrated in my opinion.

I don't have anything what soever against the music you guys listen to, I jsut dont like it.

Some people might not be mature enough to say that so this topic is not going to end well, Rich.

I'd have to admit that BFMV and KE are bands with talent.

Double Bass is love.

I used to enjoy Death Cab For Cutie. And I really liked O.A.R [their older jam stuff]. I never heard of any folk though. I'm pretty sure I could find a lot of on this program that I use to download music.

I listen to more Hard Trance, Psytrance, and Hardcore Techno. I listen to a lot of music from funk to punk, hip-hop to trip-hop. jazz to blues. But Reggae will never die :]
