Your 2007 Plans

Talk about anything that has to do with the amusement park industry here.
Postby RaginBullFan82 on June 4th, 2007, 3:59 pm
Hello Everybody, new to the board here! I am from the Western Suburbs. HUGE fan of rollercoasters, theme parks, and of course SFGAM. I am looking forward to meeting and chatting with many of you about our favorite summer playground!

My question for you all is:

What are your plans for 2007? Which parks are you planning on traveling to, and what coasters are you looking forward to riding?

My 2007 plans are:
Cedar Point for Coastermania
Michigan's Adventure for Timbersfest
Either Adventureland in Iowa or Valleyfair.
SFGAM 2 to 3 times.

I am looking forward to riding Maverick at CP, and FINALLY getting to Shivering Timbers in MI.
I also HOPE to get up to MN to ride Renegade as well.

Hello everybody again! 8)

Dollywood is a possibility.
Indiana Beach.
Deep River Water Park.

I don't have plans yet, but I'm going to try to go to Ohio and visit Cedar Point/Geauga Lake/Kings Island. If I can't make it this year (oh how I wish I was 18 this year) I'll definitely be able to next year.

Because you have to be that old to rent a hotel room.

I thought CP was 21 to get a hotel room. I know it varies in different places between 18 and 21. Should always check before booking a room.

Im taking it easy this summer. Don't plan on doing any big trips, just doing Great America and Indiana Beach.

Sedir, you should ride Mr. Freeze of course, and the Scobby Doo dark ride.

6 hours should be enough time to do all of SFStl. coasters. Unless it's really crowded.

Well, hopefully I can get my 1st SFGAm trip in within the next few weeks.

Other than that, Valleyfair!, and Mt. Olympus sometime this summer, and PKI over Labor Day weekend.

Wish I could do more, but unfortunately the $$ isn't there this year.
Finally Coaster Season!!

The only trips definitely planned this year are Disney starting on sunday and to SFGAm many times during the season....

Possibilities:
valleyfair
Dells trip
Kings Island maybe

I don't really know. Most of the time, if a friend asks me to go someplace, and I can actually go or take a day off of my work schedule, then I'll go. We'll see what happens this year.
