Long story short...
my friends & I have been planning to go to Cedar Point May 18-20th since gosh, september. Well now shes in trouble and cannot do anything till graduation, june 8th. So...My other friend jess and I are going to try out the little Indiana parks. This sunday were heading to Indiana beach and I just wanted to know how it is. Thank you.
I thought Indiana Beach was a nice little park. I have fun there, and I thought the rollercoasters were pretty nice. I really liked that it was right on the lake, thought that was cool. Hope you have fun.
Cornball is my favorite there, Hoosier Hurricane is pretty good as well. The dark ride though was lots of fun. It shouldn't be that crowded at all this early in the season.
Universal Orlando Mechanical Engineer Marathon down, Goofy to go.
This just keeps gettin worse & worse...
Our tire just blew out so say goodbye to this trip too jimmy! ugh.
Well thank you for the replies guys, hope you had a great weekend.
I pretty much live at indiana beach in the summer. It's a really good place to go at and chill. I usually set up a tent at the campgrounds next door and walk there (they have a people mover bus thing free for campers). The rides are great, kind of scary being on a roller coaster close to the water though. The sky flier thing is kewl except NO ONE SCREAMS ON IT! Seriously me and my girlfriend sat there for 30 mins watching everyone and they didnt even make a peep, just kinda rode it thats it.
What's really funny, is that you think I'm from the GP (General Public). When indeed, I most likely know far more about the coaster, as I've rode it multiple times.
I enjoyed this park. If I am correct, Chaos is one of the few remaining on the planet. I went on July 4th last year, and it was empty. I got on about 20 rides total in 4 hours, which included about a 45 minute rain delay.
Coasters Ridden: 131 Top 5: Maverick, El Toro, Voyage, Fahrenheit, Dominator
Speaking of Indiana Beach, they just have announced that they are going to go Smoke Free starting Memorial Day. They will have designated smoking areas.
