I was planning on going to my first Fright Fest this October. I was wondering what crowds are usually like on any Friday night. I heard that relatively nice weekend day are really crowded so Im skipping that. I wouldnt go on Halloween, unless the crowds are no different than any other Friday, or Columbus Day. So can any of you help me?And I cant go the last week the park's open.
Fright Fest = Crowded, its a pretty big Halloween attraction around the Chicagoland area and crowds can get pretty heavy. Friday nights probably won't be as bad as Saturday's though.
I also have a question about Friday nights for Fright fest. Is admission the full 40 dollars as it usually is? Or is it discounted for being only 6 hours long? I've never ben to fright fest on a friday.
Yeah I know. For anyone who hasnt been to FF in a while or hasnt been there at all dont expect much. Its been going down hill for a while. Dont let this change your mind about going. Go and experience it.
Do they try to scare you at dark because trying to scare people in broad day light is stupid. last year my cousin performed in one of the freak shows he was big and was wearing a blue clown costum and was called bubba.
The stuff he dose is real and dose hurt him but he likes it. i tried some of his stuff belive me it hurts . the bed of nails can hurt but not much. I did the staple to you head thing it didnt turn out good.

No, they are referring to Friday evenings for Fright Fest. The park is open from 5-11 on Fridays.in my opinion, Friday evening for FF is the best time to go if you have a season pass. Its not as crowded as Saturday or Sunday probably because people without passes arent willing to dish out admission costs for a short period of time in the park. Its also better because you get more time spent when its dark out. By that time the sun has gone down around 8 pm so you get a good 3 hours of nighttime riding on the coasters.
I finally retired the Sarah Palin signature because she is now 100% irrelevant.
I think it would be less crowded becasue people who have young children are obviously busy going trick or treating, and its also a Friday. I bet that will be the least crowded day of FF.
