A furious storm once roared `cross the sea, catching ships in its path, helpless to flee. Instead of a certain and watery doom, the winds swept them here to Typhoon Lagoon!

I've ridden that before. It's kinda cool, not very exciting. I rode front row, really cool to be hanging over the Tower at that height, other than that, its a snore.

sure I would ride it, though I rode one of those Sky Skaters on the ground and it is the most boring thing I have ever done :)

yeah, it looks like it be very uninteresting unless up in front. Good find though.

Yeah, of course I would ride X-scream! However, it's Insanity (another ride on the tower) that looks a little worse. Imagine Whirligig on the top of that, and you got Insanity 8)

Honestly I think they should replace the Big Shot with the tallest Funtime Star Flyer they can get :)

http://www.funtime.com.au/data/index2.htm

Would be nothing like rotating at 40 mph in a tiny metal seat that twists under your weight suspended by 4 of the skimpiest chains you've ever seen, makes wave swinger and YoYo chains look overbuilt :)

Now that'd be thrilling

I'd think I'd pass on that one. Not to mention that the tower is 900 feet in the air.

I've been wanting to go to that place so bad lately. I'd ride every single ride on that tower. I'll probably freak out and cry, but I'd still do it! And I know my boyfriend would pressure me on them too, lol.

The rides itself on the tower aren't really freaky. MY post above was for the tallest star-flyer in the world on top of the tower.

I'm suprised that that thing isn't unsafe. With that much weight hanging over the tower, you'd think that the supports would wear out soon.

the tower is poured, reinforced concrete and wont be going anywhere, also the tower is balanced out on top by the other rides.

Fun note about Stratosphere Tower, due to a construction error one of the legs of the tower is way out of allignment, I forget what direction you have to look at it from, but one of the tower legs kicks out pretty significantly especially towards the bottom.

It has stoppers at the end of the track so it won't go off. The stoppers are rather large but they are hidden so they are harder to see and seems like there is nothing there to stop the train from going over.
