Saw 3- All I have to Say is "AMAZING" for 2 things. Amazingly Gruesome, Best Gore film I've ever seen, and believe me, I'm a horror/halloween freak, I'm so excited about it, I draw our whole haunted house that we put on every year for room plans. And now number two. Amazingly Awesomeness. ha ha. If you have the chance GO SEE IT.[/b]
Thank You For Smoking: Very interesting movie that focused a lot less on his pro-smoking argument than I thought they would. The main portion of the story focused on his argumentative influence on his son. It wasn't the most exciting movie on the planet, but for what it was, it was a great movie! 3.5/5
Stranger than Fiction: I am VERY happy with this one!!! I've known about this movie for a while now since they filmed it at me school, heck i've even used the same bathroom as Dustin Hoffman , so naturally I found it to be an awesome movie in terms of seeing where they filmed at. However, as a movie, i was not disappointed either. It had a very detailed story line, similar to an M. Night Shamalyan story, where everything connected in the end, and overall i was very entertained!! Finally, Will Ferrall proved himself to be a good actor and not just your normal silly comedian. Great movie!!!! 4.5/5
RIP: Trailblazer and Deja Vu...heck, even Alien Encounter
Happy Feet Cute movie, I liked it alot. Robin Williams is a funny character in this movie. I'd give it a 4/5, it was rather cute
Santa Clause 3 I loved this movie, it was very funny and I thought it was a great movie i'd give it 4/5 as well. I'd go see both again if I had the time.

That's so sweet. At my school they filmed an episode of "High School Pranks and Stories" for mtv2. They had an article in the newspaper about it, however I, nor anyone I know, has seen it. (Then again I don't have mtv2 and I don't think my friends get around to watching it much.)
^I'll have to keep an eye out on that for ya, they play that on the tvs in our lunch room! But yeah, i didn't see anyone since it was filmed the summer before i started, but I know friends who have Will Ferrall's autograph and i know three of the extras!

Sedir wrote:The Departed: It was pretty good. The beginning moved really fast (it was just flashing from thing to thing) so it was kinda confusing. But as it went on, it got really good and built up an interesting story. And then the ending was just crazy. However it was really long. But I'd recomend it.
This man speaks the truth. The ending was friggin insane.
Oh yeah, I don't care what anyone says, the new Rocky movie is going to be badass.
Casino Royale I liked Daniel Craig's portrayal of Bond; he made him a little bit more of a badass. Overall, very good Bond. The best since Goldeneye.
Requiem for a Dream At first it seemed like "What the hell is this?" But after thinking about it a bit, it's one of the most awesome movies I've ever seen. Excellent camera work, great script, wonderful acting, deep message.
π Requiem for a Dream made me want to see this movie. I thought it was terrific, but I liked Requiem a little bit more. There's nothing quite as awesome as a mathematical thriller though.
The original Rocky still ranks as one of my all-time favorite movies. I have re-watched it several times OnDemand. Any Rocky film after II, ok, maybe III, I dismiss as not even been made. Rocky V was probably the worse movie I had ever seen, so when I saw the previews for Rocky Balboa, I almost had to laugh. I wasn’t even going to see it, but the lovable lug known as the “Italian Stallion” was too much to resist. Plus, it’s only $6.50 admission with free popcorn, and drink refills, so I figured at least I would get my moneys worth of popcorn, and drinks even if the movie sucked. Which I expected it too. Boy was I wrong. Rocky Balboa is the feel good movie of the year. It has heart, compassion, and laughs.
Rocky “I own a restaurant now Paulie.”
Paulie “ Yeah, Italian food cooked by Mexicans.”
Summary: Rocky is a shell of his former self. His wife Adrian has been dead for 5 years from cancer. His son is tired living under his pops image. He owns a restaurant called Adrian’s, and walks from table to table telling stories of his boxing career to patrons. On night ESPN has a mock computer fight that pits Rocky in his prime against the current heavyweight champ Mason “The Line” Dixon, who gets no respect from the boxing world because he has beat a bunch of no-bodies, and has not had any real challenges. Rocky has a lot of anger built up in him since his wife passed on, and wants to get in the ring one more time to close this chapter in his life. You can guess what happens from here, but one thing the movie does not do, and that is disappoint. I was lucky enough to see it with a packed house, and the crowd was in it the whole time, cheering the entire time during the fight scenes, and I mean cheering like they were actually at the boxing match. Of course I am not going to tell you who wins the fight, but it really doesn’t matter if Rocky wins or loses. What really matters is that you walk out of the theater feeling good about the movie you just watched, and I sure did.
Is it a great movie? Man, it came really close to being one. Is it corny? It can be at times. The soundtrack is way to repeative. Just when I thought Rocky was dead and buried in Rocky V, Stallone brought back the big lug strong, and ended the series the way it should have ended.
Rocky!!! Rocky!!! Rocky!!! Rocky!!!
4/5
If it walks like socialist, quacks like socialist, smells like a socialist, .... it's a socialist. Hope, and change we can believe in.
Pursuit of Happyness: It was a wonderful, good hearted movie and there is no doubt in my mind that Will Smith helped make this movie a winner in my book! Outstanding acting on him and his son's part and a great storyline that actually does NOT portray a grown man being a lazy bum, but rather an individual searching for a purpose while also retaining the most important thing in his life: Family! Also, a great idea for a true story and since the real guy just passed away recently, it served as a wonderful tribute to a good person. Wonderful movie!!!! 4.5/5

Black Christmas This movie was great the storyline was pretty good and it was a little gory. But the killings are very repetitive every person he/she kills he/she either stabs them in the eye and eat the eye or just stabs them in the eye The only downside to this movie is that it was a very short movie and they didn't use some parts in the commercial in the movie which would've made it a little more scarier because the movie wasn't that scary to begin with. 4/5
Night at the Museum: This movie was great. It was a very creative, funny, and unique plotline that kept your attention the whole time. I thought it looked pretty good from watching the previews but it ended up being way better than I expected. I definitely recomend it.
Dreamgirls Dreamgirls is based on the 1960s Motown group The Supremes but was not exactly told about the supremes. I give it 5 stars because Beyonce, Jennifer Hudson and the rest did a EXCELLENT JOB! Everyone should go see it!!! My baby did a good job(Beyonce)
From being one of the class geeks in 8th grade to one of the most noticable ones in High School. Thats what you call "Steppin Yo Game Up!"
Nativity Story Eh it was ok, Im not really into movies like that sort of thing. Just not my type of movie so oh well I give it 2/5 I don't know about everyone else but not for me.
Freedom Writers:It was actually pretty good. An interesting story with some pretty moving parts. Although some parts were definitely not needed and it was kinda weird that the students were suppose to be 14 to 15 years old while they all looked more than 20, overall it was good.

We Are Marshall: I'm not one for sports movies, personally, i don't see the amazing aspect of people doing what, in most cases, they are getting paid to do. However, this movie was one of the exceptions to this. It focused on the REAL strength and greatness that the movie was based off of and not into the game aspect of it. This made it one of the greatest sports movies yet!! 4.5/5
Charlotte's Web: Well, forced to see this with the girlfriend and ended up falling asleep in the middle of it. Pretty decent animation or computer graphics or whatever, I was mildly impressed with that aspect of it. 2/5
RIP: Trailblazer and Deja Vu...heck, even Alien Encounter
Primevil: Besides the fact that the movie used some trickery marketing this movie it had a very weak storyline. The ending was predictable and pretty lame. The only thing that kept me from falling asleep was Orlando Jones still being funny.

The Night Listener: Well, I like Robin Williams, but this movie was way too "One Hour Photo" ish for me. It was a good movie and all, but REALLY creepy and kind of disgusting. Not my idea of a great movie...but still not too bad if you can get over the creepy/stalker/gross/crazy Robin Williams movie feel to it! 2/5

^Didn't he just crash his car or somethin? Smart choice on the parents to remove him from the hollywood scene at the age where drugs, drinking, etc. begin.
The Messengers: I was invited to the advanced screening of this downtown at the AMC and since it was free I went! I've never been to one of these before, but basically KissFM was there and gave us a rather weak "pep talk" getting us hyped about the movie. Then the movie started...no trailers involved. The movie itself was wierd to me. I want to say that I hated it, but at the same time, some scenes were done very well, the plot had a couple decent twists (the best i've seen from a cheap horror movie like this), and most jumped frequently. Not one to spend a lot of money on, but considering it's a bad movie, it's one of the best of it's kind...if that makes sense 2.5/5
