Well, I had a job interview in East Dundee today so I figured I'd swing by and have a look.
First thing you notice is it looks pretty much the same as it did during the auction exept for the obvious missing Typhoon of where there are 2 trailers still parked in the parking lot awaiting for the tractors to return from Arizona to be picked up. Also the boat and station from the rocking boat ride (GAlleon) were sitting out in the parking lot with the boat sitting in/on it's station Outside of the park all the Stanta and snowmen are gone from outside the park. The snowball ride is still intact, along with all buildings (couldnt make out any other rides from across the street from the park), also drove around to the waterpark where stuff is pretty torn up, probably from people pulling out their purchases, though all slides (I dont believe any were sold) are all still intact.
I guess that's all there is to say. I did take some pics, may try to get them online in the near future.

http://themeparkcritic.com/scripts/profile/ViewProfile.asp?ViewID=2909 A furious storm once roared `cross the sea, catching ships in its path, helpless to flee. Instead of a certain and watery doom, the winds swept them here to Typhoon Lagoon!
man, I just drove by it. Looks like... well an abondened area. I did not see any carnes or anything! The typhoon was gone, which felt a little odd, but whatever. You cant even tell it was a theme park.
