Bell's has been threatening to move for at least a decade now and I've heard they have good leads on another site nearby, which is where they have always threatened to move to (I forget the name of the city), I think getting them off that land is better for the park (provided they do move), hopefully new land doesnt have whiny neighbors that hold up a new coaster for 5+ years.
