I just saw 3 political ads, all Republican, right before 3 democrat political ads attacking those Republicans, and then it went back to the show. There are too many of these damn things on TV, although I guess they aren't any better than most commercials. I just wish people would stop attacking each other in Political Ads. I mean, you must not be very good if you have to attack a challenger. Oh, and while I typed this, another annoying Ad came on..and another. Jesus.
Get ready, this is when both parties really hit hard on the TV ads...most will be negative and depressing for a few reasons, so I hope you don't watch too much TV.

It seems all these politicians care about is complain about their opponent. Why not say what they're gonna do if elected instead of whining about the opponent's *. Plus, they're discouraging voting because when the voters go to vote, they're gonna think of all the canididates' * and wont remember anything good. The voter can't decide, and leaves without voting.

They've always been saying what they're "going" to do, and many of them can't/won't fulfill their promises; because of the fact that the public has started pointing this out, they figure talking about how bad of a job the other politicians are doing will help in ways that positive forecasts cannot. The difference is what they're saying about their opponents may be true to the T, but it can also be the truth being stretched.
Personally, I believe all politicians are on the same side, they just don't want you to know that. So that's why I haven't been voting since I've turned legal. I think voting is overrated, but I may participate in the future.
I know what all of you mean. Id vote for the one person who actually said what they want to accomplish instead of attacking eachother. I feel like stabbing every single canidate. (Disclaimer: I am in no way thinking about, planning, plotting, or in any way capable of doing and harm to any canidates. I am just very angry!!!!)- I had to write that so homeland security doesnt come after me.
This reminds me of the movie Man of the Year. It's a great movie (in my opinion). This point is brought up in it as well as many other problems with politics, but in a humorous fashion.
