Well, they have the one week between the regular season and the Fright Fest season. Also, they start it during the last weeks of the regular season. Then to take it down, they have all of the offseason to do that.

I don't think it was. I believe the green military truck was by Space Shuttle America all year. They just put things on top of it (missiles). By the way, I think that all those military vechiles must not work.
At the end of September, they had a tow truck near the Orbit, and it would seem as if it would move all those cars/trucks. Why would you buy a really car/trucks when you can go to the junk yard, and buy used cars, and paint them?
"I've been staring at the world, waiting. All the trouble and all the pain we're facing. Too much light to be livin' in the dark. Why waste time? We only got one life. Together we can be the CHANGE. So go and let your heart burn bright"
The missiles have been on those trucks all season, maybe not previous years, but they were this season, I vividly remember that.
Also, they set up, this year at least, little amounts of each section early to advertise Fright Fest and give the guests a preview of what to expect, which is why they had those signs all over the park advertising Fright Fest. It was a different way from previous years, but it was still a preview to Fright Fest. However, when it came to the last two weekends of the regular season, they were starting to put the actual Fright Fest decorations out.[/quote]

The military vehicles were purchased when Space Shuttle America opened. They were gray and they matched the theming for SSA. The large missile truck was a gift kiosk at one time. They do not have engines and must be towed.
The tank "fire" truck is a operable and is used to water plants during the season.
