That's awesome. But I hope this ride is longer than Sheikra. That is way too short. Otherwise... I can't wait to ride it!

Good. I was hoping it wouldn't be a Sheikra clone.

Is this going where Drachen Fire was?

The seating/trains is honestly the only thing that truly phases me...

It has no flow in my opinion sadly.

^I couldnt agree with you more. Forget improving the trains to floorless, improve the layouts first.

Yeah, it just looks like you do the same thing twice. (Vertical drop to Immelman) But they throw you off a bit by having the second time being shorter.

Wow, this looks so real.
http://www.buschgardensnews.com/060822_ ... page5.html

The layout just seems way too short. Come on, make this thing longer. And I really don't see anything cool about that dumb water thing.

The other thing is...why does it make so many darn left turns....It needs more flow than that.

For exmple, I love how RB keeps us changin direction from left to right...
Griffon basically keeps takin it to the left. I just happen to find that more less interesting.

The ride is being placed where there anutique car rides used tro be near or in France and is nowher near where Drachen Fire used to be.
This is a excellant attraction in a great park,

^I agree with you here, you have to be careful with constantly turning in the same direction. The Legend at Holiday World has this problem and it really ruined my outlook on the ride.

Other than that, however, i really like it. I think it is a nice way of accomplishing two types of rides (floorless and dive machine) in one and it really doesn't have any shorter or simpler of a track layout than Sheikra so i don't see the complaint here. I also really like the water splash being pointed so that it's possible to soak the passing vehicle with water! That is a REALLY cool idea. Also, did anyone else notice the resemblance (color wise) to Drachen Fire? Maybe they're hoping to confuse some. 8)

By LOOKING at the layouts, I like Sheikra a lot better.

This seems like a pathedic rct coaster in my opinion.
I just don't like it.
Floorless trains, great, but well, could have had a better layout than two of the same elements. Like, theres no true essence of feeling the speed. It's Drop, Immelman, MCBR, Immelman, Turn, Brakes.

Maybe I'll be proven wrong, who knows.

^Once again, I agree.

But nothing can be worse than Oblivion at Alton Towers. I though after Sheikra was built they were finally going somewhere with this design, but I was wrong.

Atleast its something new and im sure guests will think its a hit. Personally I like Sheikra more than this new one, but i cant really say much since it hasnt been built yet.

How long do you want that ride to be (Sheikra)? Rcdb says it's 3 minutes. Is this the time on the lift hill only?? I guess it's the same thing with Top Thrill Dragster. Some people hate that the ride only does one hill, and you are done with it. How long does that take?

I saw a video and when the ride actual does move, it's around 26 seconds. (This is from when it launches to the end of the ride when it comes to a complete stop) I'm not counting the prelaunch because that really isn't part of the ride moving. The prelaunch is like the wait for Mr. Freeze, and the track moving to the other track.

The ride time for this ride according to that video is around 1:30. Deja Vu, and Demon are around the same amount of time.

As I said, the trains are really interesting due to size and combining that with the floorless idea gives it a lil more credit.
Hanging over the drop should be interesting seeing your feet will simply dangle unless you keep them back, however, it seems thats all it has goin for it.

An interesting idea nonetheless, its just not "flowy" as Ive said.

This may be an assinine comment due to it bein a bit obsurd, but B&M could have made the first drop taller and steeper than 90degrees.....[?]
This idea would have further stepped the originality a bit more. Then the 2nd drop would consist of the vertical freefall.

More change of direction, change of pace, etc etc.

Not that we need this at all, but if the idea furthers itself, I wouldnt mind one. The trains are truly "eye-popping" and even to the GP, it appears more insane looking.

I think the reason why you guys aren't impressed with it is because of how much of an improvement Sheikra was over past models. It just makes this seem ordinary. However, if you think about it, this one does improve on Sheikra. It has basically the same beginning, however, the difference in vehicles will make a slight improvement on it. As for the second immelman, isn't sheikra's second drop only followed by a turn? So i think throwing in a second inversion is great and add that to the fact that the water splash will actually serve the ride and the pathways and not just the viewing area and the fact that the layout isn't so compact, i really don't see the negativity towards it. I also like the base of the first drop going under the bridge a lot better than the one on sheikra's. The only thing i don't like about this one is the fact that the second drop is too ordinary, but seriously, i'm looking forward to it's opening.

Including this one, I believe 4.

Oblivion, G5, Sheikra, Griffon.
I finally retired the Sarah Palin signature because she is now 100% irrelevant.

Yes, this will be B&Ms 4th model for the dive coaster, aka diving machine.

...See to me the ride has minimly "improved". The seatings the more improved part of the these coaster concepts. 10 seated across is gonna appear odd to people. Oblivion, G5, & Sheikra still appear odd to me but that makes them look good. More unique as well. As if I can say it anymore, the seating appears to be the best part of this coaster.

Sure a great ride for a great park nonetheless but even though it does alot more, it still seems to be a one trick pony kinda deal.

Same idea as Sheikra but oh....another inversion  . I dont know, maybe Ill be proved wrong when its released but for now it simply seems...ordinary.
