Primeval Whirl:
Stops only once in the station, where the operator advances it
Has cars lined up behind the lift waiting to advance
Has two cars on the lift at once
Ragin' Cajun:
Stops three times in the station, where separate attendants advance it
Has no cars waiting behind the lift waiting to advance
Has only one car on the lift at once
The station platform does stretch the entire length of the ride at Primeval Whirl, but the lap bars don't unlock until the car reaches the same spot as where Ragin' Cajun's unlock. (I think.)
Eagle was only running two trains forward on the Blue side today. Giant Drop and Deja Vu didn't open.
I think something was wrong with Deja Vu, because when they were testing it in the morning it got stuck on the second tower. I asked if it was gonna open and the employee said he wasn't sure.

Actually, American Eagle only has two vehicles on each side, so running two is good. It's the one vehicle on the Red side that is becoming a problem. Oh, and did Giant Drop not open at all or just had a couple vehicles that never worked?
I haven't been to the park in a while, can someone give a rundown of what rides aren't up, please?

^I would guess so. We have the most flats of any Six Flags, so there is sure to be.
The first two were probably staffing.
The rides down as of Saturday were:
Space Shuttle America
Giant Drop
Yankee Clipper
Trailblazer
Revolution
Sky Trek Tower
Of course,
Triple Play isn't opening this year.

The answer to HH is yes, and no. The waterpark is fine because I was there Sunday. It will be open this Sat, Sun, and Monday for the last time. American Eagle isn't really broken. It's staffing because it's not that popular. It was open Sunday. Maybe, they finally figured out that Deja Vu should be open because it's one of the most popular ride in the park, and some other roller coaster should be closed.
Even if the park is emptier, Deja Vu still has a line. It's a really good decision. I hope they keep it up like this. The other roller coaster that doesn't get a whole lot of people is Iron Wolf.

Well we know the ones that will be down for the year are Sky Trek, Tralblaizer, Revy, Loggers Run, and probably Eagle Blue (not going to count Triple).
Remember the flumes, SWF, Sky Trek, and Trailblazer are closed during FF every year anyway so if Giant Drop comes up it wont be a bad of an FF in terms of downtime (just dont get stuck in line for Eagle on a crowded Saturday!). And even if Drop doesnt open, think of last year when Vu was closed all FF, think of it as a trade. Giant Drop for Vu....this years FF actually looks better than last .
I'd rather have Giant Drop open during FF than the Vu. If Giant Drop is open it runs in a more consistent manner with far fewer breakdowns.
And i like the sound effects that are added for FF on Giant Drop.
But if the company cares about the park both should be operational for FF as there is more than enough time to have Giant Drop fixed before FF opens.

That goes w/out saying, doesn't it? It *is* an Intamin, after all. This really isn't newsworthy, because, as we all know, that goes for all of their rides!

Are you talking about Giant Drop? Because i've heard similar things about Trailblazer, so I was just making sure.
