exit pass/doctors note

Are they suppose to ask you for a doctors note to get an exit pass, because they asked me last week and I didn't have one but than they asked for my id. They have never had to ask me for one this entire summer, can someone answer me this?

I believe that is breaking some laws. By law (I believe it's related to the disability act) they cannot ask for a doctors note or for a reason for an handicapped pass.

A quick search for the word "Disability" and we've discussed this logic before. Chitown and IHauntU2 brought some good discussion to the table.

Ok so do you think they'll ask me tomorrow, I don't have time to get a doctors note by tomorrow?

Well, I think that by law they can't. Maybe you should print the entire ADA to be sure.

Americans with disabilities act.

No, they can't ask you for that. And they know that, so if you tell them no, there's nothing they can do about it anyway.

So your saying that i can just walk up there and say that i can't walk up stairs and they'll give me a pass?! Something seems wrong there...
