I do believe that the company needed to make changes and I agree with most of the changes made so far and think things are better. Hopefully the new management will give our park more attention/money and give less to SFMM/SFGADV. I think with some more changes, escpeically if the kids area's were improved our park would be the closed to the idea's that SHapiro has in regards to family friendly parks.

We have gotten alot since 1995. Viper came in this year, 1996 we added a new section and flats, 1998 was Giant Drop and these aren't cheap, 1999 was Raging Bull, 2001 was D Vu' and V2, 2003 was Superman, 2004 was Mardi Gras section including roller coaster and used flat, 2005 was an entire 25 million waterpark, and this year was Tornado, and the new Marvin the Marsian movie if that counts as anything. I don't know when we got the new chairs in there, but that's a cost. I also don't understand why. They were perfectly fine. It was a waist of money. I think someone said it was last year.

Is this a lot of stuff or not? I don't get how you say SFMM, and SFGAdv are only getting the money. Maybe, it's just the fact that SFMM has a lot of roller coasters, and SFGAdv has just gotten a very expensive machinery which isn't really worth the money unless you are a struggling park such as Gaeugea Lake is. We have more flats than SFMM, and I don't know about SFGAdv. I imagine we probably do. We have a lot of rides, flats and roller coasters.

If you look to the left of Chubasco there's a reddisn-brown building near Trailblazer that's empty. It was open last year.

As far as SFGAm:
I wish they could cram a few more flats in County Fair. Such as next to the Demon's lift, where Luigi's Pizza Place is(since the Farmers Market is across the midway), and inside AE's tent.

As far as Six Flags:
Time. Give the new management a few years to get things straightened out. Just as long as they keep on the current path, I think things will get better
Finally Coaster Season!!

Under AE tent, boy, that would be crammed. They would have to remove the que (i can never spell that right) line, but since its ever hardly used, it wouldn't be a loss.

The problem with the tent is the fact that the tent is a hinderance. It will hide the fact that there are rides in there. I think they should move that tent, and put it underneath the food area instead. Than, you can put your flats in there. There are other rides that should be taken out before that though, and big areas of wide open space such as next to Chubasco where the Rainmaker show used to be.

I personally don't think SFGAm needs anything. I like it the way it is. New stuff is always good though..

There used to be a flat next to the Demon lift, I believe it was called either Hilltopper or Industrial Revolution.

Yeah we've actually been pretty spoiled. Not as much as some parks but more than a lot of parks. Some parks haven't gotten anything in years/ don't have much to begin with, so be thankful for what we have.

/\ That is why they do something every year, they will always add something, well almost always, to keep people coming and want to try the new things.

Maybe next year, we'll get a Troika.

The stage/picnic area behind chubusco is so dumb. They need to get entertainment more consistent throughout the park. More jugglers, magicians, musicians, etc. If you can't fill a stage, put a good flat in there.

I think fiddler's fling could be replaced with a different flat.

Mostly I like the idea of keeping the stores up to date. There's alot of unused space. The arcades are extremely lacking, that could be way more of a money maker if they had some awesome arcades.

Laser tag would be the ultimate. Cheap and effective.

I disagree about the Skyhawk, I thought that ride was not too thrilling, I still think either a topple tower or interactive dark ride.

I could agree on a skyhawk[screamin swing]...however we have been pretty spoiled though. I just came home from Cedarpoint and it amazes ame how large their rides actually are...theres nothing small about them...but people like big.

Cedar point balances greatly. They draw in older kids and the adults for the big rides yet they draw in familys with alot to do for everyone. If we add more big flats and/or coastrs then something for the lil ones should be an add in as well, definatley. That would add up and make our park nicer in my opinion. Balance it for everyone.

A dark ride and some more theming in certain areas. Better yet, why don't we put the dark ride near B:TR, and give it a Batman theme?

/\ Thats also beacause Cedar Point has aton of Rides and still have room for more (maverick) because their Rollercoasters (RAptor, Corkscrew, mAgnum, Millenium) barely take up any ground room and they can build flats below them unlike SfGA

\/ As for the Dark Ride I think that it should be like Flight of Fear at PKI where theres a tunnel andd one big room to taking the place of roaring rapids

Now that Im home from cedar point, Im really sad we dont got a strata coaster cause that launch is absolutley incredible....

As much as Id like a nice new Intamin, I really think we should make the surrounding area resorts. Cedarpoint really knows how to make a park...im a tad obsessed even more due to the gratification I got from the resorts and the park....

hate me for sayin this and think I dont appreciate our park but Cedair fair could gladly buy us & Id be satasfied. They care so much about their park and guests. It was just a pleasure bein there.....[?]....

Id only worry about losing our themeing honestly.

^ If cedar fair goes buying more and more parks then it's possible they'll end up like the six flags chain, in lots-of-debt.

We really need a skyride like we used to have, I can't even say how many times I just hopped on the Skyride at CP instead of walking down that midway, there just aren't any options to get around the park other than the train which can take forever.

Rides wise we really need a dark ride, I don't care if it's interactive or not, we just really need one.
