it was doing nothing, nothing at all, and that was the problem.
It spent years either parked at the top or usually disassembled. I heard something about electronic issues with it, but never really got a ful story on it.

Isn't American Eagle Red still running at reduced capacity (ie, one train)?
Also, isn't Viper just about always at reduced capacity (or is it only when I'm in the park ). It seems like one entire car - usually the first car of one of the trains, is roped off.
The one day last week, that car on Giant Drop was stuck in the middle of the tower. It looked so funny to be there.

It does seem like it is always roped off, there are few times I have been there that both trains have had the front car opened all day.
Universal Orlando Mechanical Engineer Marathon down, Goofy to go.
Reduced capacity means that there aren't as many seats working as there should be, by quite a bit. 1 car on Giant Drop means 4 people not being able to get on. Sometimes, Deja Vu does have some car or cars not working. I'm not talking about exit people either. This has to do with a harnesses problem.
