With SFMM the way it is and SFGAdv having received 9 coasters since 1996, I see Six Flags getting something big by 2008, even with a changed focus by the company. What is big? I'll explain what wasn't big? 2004 with Ragin' Cajun and Mardi Gras and 2006 with Tornado.
2005 was big (HH) 2003 somewhat (S:UF) 2001 was big (V2 and Deja Vu)
So even with a changed target customer, I see SFGAm getting something big by 2008. And I think Six Flags will push to make SFGAm a/the key park of the chain (it's getting close already)
Coaster-wise, they are far from it. And I mean that even if SFMM is sold.
The entire or majority of the coaster seems its gonna be close to the ground, and over water....is it really an aquatrax or hydro coaster? Ugh.....ill check when i get there tomarrow....yay! it kills me not knowin what the hells goin on...itll be good though. Cedarpoint said "the path always taken isnt necessarily the best" so it probally wont be tall & to be quite honest i like that thought....

And ever since Shapiro decided to start running to company, coasters don't make a park the highlight of the chain, maybe we'll start getting more capital to get a killer dark ride, or a fantastic simulator.

Back to the new ride at CP, I have heard that they finally have 2-rail track there, but there are no pictures of it. Just a heads up. Also, an insight, all the track they have there is turns and small hills, where are the straight pieces? I cant see it right now without a lift or launch because the only straight pieces there are the 2 rail track, unless you know of an Intamin with a 2-rail launch or lift, I don't understand yet. Finally, looking at the supports there and the ones that are currently standing, this seems to be low to the ground, which is favoring an aquatrax. But, there needs to be more track and more supports up before anyone can make a full analysis based off those criteria alone.

I am so glad CP is getting another new ride cause I go there
every year with my older sister. I saw a few pics of the project 07. It looks like its going too be a giga coaster by the way the track is. And they say it will have a western theme to it. They are sooo lucky to get a new coaster every year.

I saw them placin in footers yesterday. Its right there over the fence so I just watched them go at it....however due to how the footers are being placed[mainly in turns like circles] its due to be somethin fast but not that fast....from the looks of it as well, it appears itll spend most of the time near ground obviously...[?]...
a giga...why? no need for it, theyve got a great one...
remember... "the path always taken isnt necessarily the best"....it doesnt gotta be tall or quick to be great, its most likely somethin oddly completley new. But what else is there to do? weve got launced, inverted, floorless, etc etc....
no one knows....it probally will be announced soon seein everyone can tell somethin's goin on.
It will probably be a giga coaster that will either have a tunnel that goes underwater, or have multiple endings intersection (referring to that quote)
Wow, just wow. CP is not getting a floorless, nor are they getting a WinGwalker coaster, I had to say that cause I am tired of reading at CP forums that they are getting one. CP is not getting a Giga, they have one already, and it is overrated, in my opinion. What they are getting is something that is useful to them and is a decent ride, most likely.

no no no...im talkin the industry overall...im sayin what else is there to do for the INDUSDTRY. I just happened to list three random designs is all.
Yes, a giga is useless, I said thaey already have a great one...
this is like weve said probally a coaster that isnt greatly tall nor fast, somethin different and new, somethin they may need like said above. Its cedarpoint but that doesnt mean its actually gotta be huge.
/\ Yea I was thinking of that and i cant get the idea of a Stand Up Inverted out of my head but I have noexpectations that it will happen on this new rollercoaster

Are you sure you know what a giga coaster even is?
