No More Rerides

Talk about anything that has to do with Six Flags Great America and Hurricane Harbor here.

yeah it always has been pretty sporatic at SFGAm. Busch Parks enforce that hard core, though at Sea World in Orlando you can reride once with permission from a ride op after proving you are fully functional (you need to be out of your seat when you ask)

I just visited the part tonight and I power rode Batman 13 times straight without leaving my seat in the back row.

If you were told to exit then it was the individual rideop or sup who decided to be an ass and make you leave.

How did you ride 13 straight times??? I was there and until at least 9:45 it was a short station wait. There is no way you rode it 13 straight times between 9:45 and 10...

^ I beleive it, and unlike you, Im sure Chitown doesnt lie about consecutive rides on a specific ride, or does he give a damn about it either.

Whoa whoa whoa.

Lie about our 59 rides?
Ask any op that was there on Mother's Day.
We sat on it for 59 consecutive rides.

I can count them for you if you'd like.

I can't understand that about sending another train?? :? This happened before closing time (9:40).

When your train came back, were people in your row?

A furious storm once roared `cross the sea, catching ships in its path, helpless to flee. Instead of a certain and watery doom, the winds swept them here to Typhoon Lagoon!

It is impossible, to verify that your consecutive rides on a ride is a "record" and furthermore Who cares.

And you read the post incorrectly anyway, I said that Chitown doesnt care about the amount a rides he rerides.

In the grand scheme of things, there are millions of things that are more important then the amount of "rerides" you got on Giant Drop.

Yeah, the "unlike you" part is what we were talking about.

We did not read anything incorrect.

As for the actual topic. I did not get any re-rides last night. However, we tried to get one on Deja Vu at the end of the night, and they would not allow it. They said they "dont do that anymore".

Personally, I find it really impressive that they were able to get 59 rides in a row. The most consecutive rides i've ever gotten on one thing was Demon and Batman, and that was only 29. As for your comment, I think more people are interested in how many rides he has than you might think. After all, isn't that the point of the forums? To tell other people what you did and how you feel?

Back on topic, hopefully this is just a "spur of the moment" type thing and the park will loosen up again before the end of the season.

Stuff like that has happened to me in the past, where there would be no people in my row but they still won't let me reride. This happened on Batman, opening day 2004 right when the park opened. Also happened on Bull once.
