What is your favorite touring carnival attraction? Mine would have to be 1001 natchs.

Gravitron. That ride is so trippy. I wonder how the operator in the middle does not get motion sick.

The operator in the middle doesnt get motion sick because he is actually not moving. The ride revolves around the middle base which has the operator in it. So he stays in one place the entire time.

Candy: Yeah, you see something you like?
Otis B. Driftwood: Maybe. I set my standards pretty low, so I'm never disappointed.

The high flyer, even though the restraints don't hold you in and the carnies like to ride stop it while it's upside down.

Zipper would be at the top, followed by a 2 way #2 tie, KMG Tango(Reithoffers specifically) and Mondial Space Roller (which was at the WI State Fair for a couple years back in the early 00's, that being Jane Baxters Space Roller), though the Space Roller(Bodet-Heyblom's TopScan) I rode at a Belgian Street Fair came damn close to #1.

Swinging Ship, by far. Gives great 'air'. Also, Afterburner is much fun.

Michigan people:

Have you see Jules&Beck combined shows yet this season?

I heard they traded in their Zipper, was wondering if anyone has seen it.

Loved that Zipper, they allowed Single Riders and it ran all out :)

I live in Illinois and they stop our High Flyers here too! :D It happened to me last year and the kid in front of me in line was so scared to ride it and it stopped upside down with him in it, he totally freaked out. 8)

I totally agree with Director Guy... the airtime on the swinging ships at carnivals kicks a**!

^I most definitely hate the Himilayas as well! Also, i just rode a carnival ride called the Eclipse at Enchanted Forest (in Utica at the Grand Bear Lodge across from Starved Rock) and it possibly has the most intense G forces i've ever experienced on a carny ride yet!!

Himalayas dont bother me one bit i only ride them because my freinds think there soo fast and fun. Personally i love rides that flip u head ove heels at a distance of 100 feet in the air. Power surge is Also my number 1 top carny ride (even though its not 100 fet in the air)
ITs still fun and some people reall yhate it they get soo sick froma ll that flipping they get mad and throw up. Tango is another good one.
