Yesterday i was at the park and realized that columbias pool wasnt filled. At the end of the day, they were starting to fill it but with only one pump. Does anyone know why?

They empty it because they need that money to pay the lemon chill guy. And sometimes the roasted nuts guy.

YOur probably right because it was empty when it was filling up.
But why was there only one pump? It doesnt make sense to me because it couldnt circulate and was really slow.

I don't know what you expect us to say. There are alot of coaster experts here that could explain a loose bearing or something, but as far as I know, and I may be wrong, we don't have any reflecting pool experts.
