I would like to work at the Magic Kingdom, mainly because i would fit in the best there. I always show up to work happy (even though at ACE i normally leave feeling down), I love dealing with families and kids, and I would just love the fact that i could make at least one family's vacation feel magical and i think Disney is the best place for that.

I may transfer to Disney World next year, not sure yet.

I think the pay at IOA is pretty good. Starting at 7.50..nice, but you can't be an op until your 18. Does anyone know why at SFGAM you can be a ride op at 16 and other parks its 18 when you can be a ride op?
I apologize, but I've been racking my brain up and down trying to think of what SWO stands for, and I just can't think of what it could possibly mean. If you could tell me, I'd appreciate it.

Different state laws i think.
Ya know disney pay is really low?? (Minimum wage is a bit lower for florida), I heard that Florida is going to raise the minimum wage soon though.

If i could choose any park to work at, it would be wdw!!
The atmosphere of any of the parks is excellant which would make for a better work enviroment.
And when i do retire and we hope to live part time in Orlando(get away for the winter)i would consider trying to get a job there for some extra spending cash(and free park entry is also a great perk).

Both parks (Disney and Universal) just raised minimal wage recently. It's on http://www.thrillnetwork.com if you search through the news stories, you'll find it.
