Shockwave Player Problem

It's like whenever I try to get on Habbo Hotel the shockwave player won't load it up it's just a black screen! I tried to uninstall it, download the latest verson and everything! Can u guys PLEASE HELP ME!!! I NEED TO PLAY MY GAMES AND HABBO HOTEL! PLEASE! (Sorry for caps I'm just desperate!)

P.S. I already tried to call HP but my warranty expired last year and they want me and my mom to pay 100.00. I tried calling AT&T Support+ (A new PC Service) but they want 85.00

You won't need to pay for this. It's not a hardware issue. It's software somehow.

I don't know, I've never encountered the problem.

I would try scanning for viruses (you can use services like trend micro and panda scan ---which are online virus scans) and spyware (both with addaware and spybot).

Black Screen - Do you click on 'Check in' and all you get is a black screen. Most likely there is a problem with your Shockwave download. The best thing to do is go to the Habbo Hotel Home Page and download it again. When the download is complete re-install shockwave.


Try reinstalling shockwave off there homepage.

MY scanning software is expired and it won't let me scan for any viruses until I renew it.

Try uninstalling the player then reinstalling it again. Should work.

It still didn't work! It kept saying "Can Not Open INSTALL.exe"
