1.Nitro
2.Apollo's Chariot
3. Raging Bull
EDIT: Since some people are putting all hypers in general, I will too.
1. SRoS (SFNE)

Ive only been on 2 hyper coasters but only one b&m hyper coaster...
Raging Bull (SFGAm.)...a hyper twister with a combination of well done air, drops, and twists. Speed is alright. First drop, u feel it. Exciting throughout, back to back "booming" elements.
Goliath (SFMM)...a regular hyper coaster that combines height and speed. Not well done in my opinion. Its so big though that it kept drawing me in. Speed is great, first drop I dont really feel. with goliath I find only the ending twists to be most thrilling, great double helix.

Goliath isnt B&M? I thought it was except for the trains (i think Giovalana (did I spell that right?) makes those).

Giovanola made Goliath. Which I beleive was a subcontractor for Intamin if im not mistaken, of course i could be, The reason why I say this, is because Im almost certain that they where a Subcontractor for Z-Force when it was being built at Great America.
Anyway, I have been on many Hypers, just not B&M Hypers heres my list.
1. Raging Bull
2. Phantom's Revenge
3. Titan
4. Goliath (SFMM)
5. Magnum
This topic has been discussed before, but since its way way old, we'll let it continue.

2. Apollo's Chariot
3. Raging Bull
4. last and least, the total snooze fest would be Silver Star at Europa Park.

B&M- Raging Bull
Other- Magnum XL-200
And i thought Raging Bull was a billion times better of a ride, however, I did like Magnum's view of the Lake.

I've actually ridden the three here in America...it's quite tough to choose. Apollo's Chariot and Nitro are comparable being mainly airtime orientated rides. Raging Bull on the otherhand is something completely different but unfortunately probably the worst out of the three.
I truly can't decide between Nitro and Apollo epsecially since I rode them once and twice respectively. It's a tie then?
