B&M Got It Right!!!! Goliath2

Talk about anything that has to do with the amusement park industry here.

Can we trade with La Ronde? This ride (Goliath) looks so much better than our Raging Bull.  It is an out and back steel coaster. How come we got stuck with Raging Bull?? I know (blah, blah) Raging Bull is so awesome.  The hills don't even seem to be slanted, but straight. Yeah, there is barely any helix!!!!

Go to the THIRD video.

I was watching those videos earlier today as well. I love how it looks for their park, it reminded me of the first time i saw Cedar Point when Millennium Force first opened. It's like they have that one coaster that just towers over the lake and the park. However, I couldn't be happier with Raging Bull and the way that it works into the Southwest Territory so i wouldn't trade a thing.

No matter how good that ride may be, Raging Bull will always be OUR coaster. It was the one that started it all in the hyper twister world.

Remind me again how many hyper twisters there are in the world? Also it wasn't the first hyper twister in the world.

Raging Bull and Goliath don't compare two much because they have such different layouts. Bull is meant for GForces and floating airtime, this is a traditional out and back coaster that you can get on many other coasters in the world.

^I agree. The comparisons should be between Goliath (both) and Nitro. And then another comparison between Apollo's Charriot and Raging Bull. In Bull's case, Bull would win. So, yeah, I still love Raging Bull better. :)

Chariot has more airtime hills, but it is the same height as Bull.

No Apollo's Chariot is another B&M out and back speed coaster, Raging Bull is a pretty unique coaster that can't really be compared to any other B&M hypers.

Yeah. Goliath at SFMM is probably its best comparison, which Raging Bull is the definate winner.

See as I was watchin all those videos I thought to myself ...

wow thank u b&m that we have raging bull because I dont like this new goliath. Its the same element over n' over again...hills to hills.

even Georgias goliath looks better. Then the goliath over at SFMM has no comparison to either, its a little tad of a bore. The drop stays at the same angle for such a long time until it starts to hit the tunnel. The speed was the only thing I really liked but hey its a new coaster for a smaller park so itll make people happy and thats all that matters.
