This past spring vacation I was at Walt Disney World. Apart from the weather being perfect, and gaining a nice tan, I got to experience a beast. Expedition Everest has been Soft Opened since January. The ride was great! Going backwards is an amazing feeling in complete darkness. We only waited about 30 minutes because we went right to Animal Kingdom in the morning. The surrounding theming is amazingly detailed including uneven paths. They had cast members in the line showing how they got the mouse footprints for an experiment. It was pretty cool. The ride is about 2:50 long. It is pretty thrilling. I will post a link to my on-ride video as soon as possible. I heard from an employee in the gift shop, at one point the wait for Everest was 4 hours long! That is nuts. I got lucky to ride it and I bought an Everest T-shirt and the on-ride photo! Awesome ride everyone! If you rode it already or plan to ride it leave your comments.

i love EE. it so fun and a good addition because it's thrilling enough for coaster fanatics (not too thrilling but overall a good time) but tame enough to be a good family ride. got to ride it 3-4 times in one day, considering the park closed at 8 and i did do others things at the park i thought i got a lot of EE in...thanks fastpass. :D
